i’ve never cried so fast and related to something more this made me so uncomfortable in a good way kinda like it made me feel things i’m scared of. i’m scared of this type of relationship because all i’ve ever had is toxic and manipulative, i want this relationship so badly yet im so terrified of it all at the same time. all ik is im never letting my guard down again

Whenever I would be confronted by someone I liked about liking them. I'm always too scared to talk. I don't like admitting my feelings or telling them I like them. 1. It's embarrassing 2. I'm really freaking shy 3. I don't think I can be loved. Every relationship/situationship I've been in, has affected me so much that I can't bring myself to say anything. I don't think I'll ever get the chance to be with someone, my situationship was the closest, and I'm okay with that. Listening to knights videos makes me feel like the void in me is getting full. This one though, really shows that I cannot and will not let my guard down. Even if I do like the other person. So being alone it is.
We'll heal from this. Listening to Knight's audios is a good start.
