Great story, you have very confident language skills which encourage us to hang around even for a 20 minute video. You have beautiful eyes, now here is the but, try to focus more on looking down the lens when you are speaking to us. When you are looking straight at the camera look down the lens, when you turn away from the camera as if you are talking to someone else in your story have your eyes point in that direction. You have great potential so hopefully your eyes will convey the same degree of confidence as your voice.
