You could have given ingredient details in the description box, so that the video time reduced considerably, as well as, useful for those who really wanted to make the dish. Finally, a humble request, please avoid knocking the vessels with the ladle. Thank you!

In Goa they Say Motki means small or Mapusa Chillies Bedki.
To buy it best is from the locals women's or Where they plant in Field and dry on the side road..
      They sometimes sells there too.
Parra or Gurim is best or
MAPUSA they sell on Fridays or Calangute on Saturdays.

Pls Google and check so many Goans out add Oil while preparing Goan Choriso.
Where it's not needed to add.
      But it's their style.
So you tell me do you have time to grind on Stone ?
Don't we all make Powder of each spices and keep?
Why do we make powder and keep so that it's easy to add and save time.
Do you and Loads other who commented still grind on stone Grinder?
Or we all shifted to Mixer Grinder which Electricity.
Are you using Shampoo or You are using Ritaa for hair?
As when I was with my grandmother we use to wash our hair with Ritaa and wash clothes tooo with Ritaa
      And it was hand wash
So do now all use this all changed to new and time saving thing.

Do we don't grind and make powder of spices.
What with those people who wants to cook and in today's generation they don't have time to grind the dry spices due to time and work Load.
