:-ingredients.
Chicken curry.
Add the chicken in a bowl.
2" Tbls ' of ginger garlic paste.
1" Tbls ' of coriander powder.
1" Tbls ' of chicken masala.
1/2" Tbls ' of the cumin powder.
1" Tbls ' of kasturi methi.
Add the turmeric powder to taste.
3" Tbls ' of chilli powder.
1" Tbls ' of salt.
1" small packet curd.
Lemon.
1" Tbls ' of oil.
Mix well.
Marinate the chicken 30" minutes.
Keep it a side.
Stove on pan.
2" Tbls ' of oil.
Add the 2" chopped onions.
Saute until onions turns golden brown in colour.
Transfer the fried onions in a plate.
Cool completely.
Add the fried onions in a mixture jar.
6" cashew nuts.
6" badam.
Season water.
Grind into a fine paste.
Keep it a side.
Same pan.
Add the bay leaf.
1" inch cinnamon.
5" cloves.
3" cardmom.
Add the marinating chicken.
Mix well.
Saute for 6-8" minutes medium flame.
Add the blended onion paste.
Mix well.
8" small green chillies.
Blended jar water.
Marinating bowl water.
Add the salt to taste.
Mix well.
Cook for 4-6" minutes.
1" Tbls" of garam masala.
Mix well.
Cook for 2 more minutes.
Coriander leaves.
Mix well.
Our delicious family chicken curry is a ready.

Onions fully fry cheydam, adhi cashew badham tho kalisi paste cheydam, chicken loki curd and lemon vaadadam…. Ivanni choosaaka naaku emi anipisthundhi antey, this curry Will NOT be good for rice… because it will be either sour taste or sweet taste….. it will be good only with roti, naan etc…
