No, I would use other resources on top of this, most notably, the MS Learn resources and practice exam, Measure UP Exam questions. You also want to do MS interactive Lab SIMs, and the Udemy Videos - the practice exams from that site are not that good though. You will need a Hyper-V setup, utilizing both the Free Azure trial and the MS365 E5 trial.
