Happy Halloween everyone! 👹 Heres a fun question for you - If you had to choose between an alien invasion or a zombie outbreak, which one would you pick and why? Let me know below!
I mean if it where an alien invasion that means they are smarter then us so we are dead for sure but if it where like walking dead zombies then that be perfect because at least we can try putting a stop to it ! So I’d pic zombies !!

In June 2020, it was formally named Leleākūhonua. The discoverers state in their citation (in English and Hawaiian) that the name lele-ā-kū-honua "compares the orbit to the flight of migratory birds and evokes a yearning to be near Earth." A retrograde loops every year while it orbits.
I love when you upload! Astronomy is such a beautiful thing and I wish I could’ve studied it more as an undergraduate but there’s so much math and chemistry that kinda (definitely) go into it. Keep up the good work 🙌🏼❤️

He proceeded to threaten the scientists with a sword before being detained by the authorities. The duo was taken in for questioning and the man might recieve prison time for threatening to kill the scientists. Back to you Tom!
The main reason Pluto was "demoted" to a Dwarf Planet is that there are at least THOUSANDS of these object in orbit around the Sun. The Scientific community had no real choice because if they kept Pluto as a planet there was going to be an insane number of "planets found" in the next fifty years.
Yup. It's basically the same problem they ran into in the 1800s when they initially asigned planet status to Ceres, Vesta and Pallas but had to reclassify when they kept discovering more and more objects in the asteroid belt.
Another great video, dude. I love how we're able to use computer animation to travel these worlds and see them .. as we believe they exist of course, since we really don't know but even if it's just guessing, having visuals in the video, especially ones so nicely done, are far more preferable.
Pluto is a planet, just a dwarf planet. If it was the ninth main planet again, we would have to add Haumea, Makemake, Eris, GongGong and countless others to the list. So its best if Pluto is left as king of the Dwarf Planets.
@ZMAN 420 That is my thought too about it.I was born in 84 so you and i, back in the day, had Pluto on school manuals as a disformed pixel right? Both got amazed af with the New Horizons pictures from Pluto. Its a gorgeous planet indeed.

They used to call the theoretical 9th planet, Planet X, back in the late 1800s early 1900s. The theory was based on observations of oddities in Neptunes orbit. For some reason this video says the theory there might be a 9th planet was first proposed in 2014.
Good video, well presented. It's surprising that so many commenters seized on the definition of Pluto, not on the subject of the video. People will save themselves a lot of worry if they remember that these definitions are only a matter of convenience, not about fact. The borderline can be hazy. Four bodies with hard surfaces, the inner planets, are defined as terrestrial planets. Four planets with gaseous outer layers are defined as gas giants. A number of much smaller bodies that might otherwise resemble terrestrial planets, but are in a zone with a lot of smaller debris, are defined as dwarf planets. These definitions are just labels, not descriptions. You could, if you wanted, group the bodies differently: If you made up a group that had atmospheres and detectable geological activity you'd exclude Mercury on that basis but include Pluto. If you made up a group with large round moons you'd exclude Mercury, Venus and Mars but include Pluto. If you decided your group must have multiple moons you'd exclude Mercury, Venus and Earth but include Mars and Pluto and possibly some of its neighbours. Definitions maybe useful to identify a grouping but the grouping itself is just for convenience.

Pluto gets demoted, but new characters show up in our solar system. Overall I'm happy about it. I wish it could get mapped out and Hubbell take a photo of it. The science is there to suggest its location. But it's still a needle in the haystack. Long Live planet nine. We're going to have to name it. I suggest we call it Tim. 🎆🐧🎆
Given that the Goblin exists and its orbit's extraordinary parameters has been verified, it stands to reason others like it are also out there. An aphelia of 2,300 A.U. hints that it escaped from the Hills Cloud, or inner Oort Cloud, or is migrating into it. Surely there's more of them, some of them much larger. It suggests also that the Goblin may in fact be an alien or extra-Solar visitor that found a new home in the Hills Cloud or scattered disk.
"Hmm, what should we name this one? A random faceplant of numbers on the keyboard? A mythological figure?" "How about *The Goblin*?" "... ... ... you are... ... a GENIUS!"
PLANET "9" or Planet X has been proposed in many theories for near a century, to try to explain the orbits out there. That is how Pluto was found in 1930, they were looking for Planet "9".
True, but that particular theory was based on incorrect data on the mass of Uranus and Neptune. With the Voyager probes giving more exact measurements, Planet X as imagined by Lovell fell away. It is of course possible that the same thing will happen here too. But at least for the moment, we have no other way to explain the strange elongated orbits of Sedna, "the Goblin" and other objects. Objects like this really bring home the complexity that would be near light speed or light speed travel. Either you would need to know that nothing like this object is going to be along your path or have some way of scanning ahead and seeing such things so that your path could be adjusted.
