I first heard of Derek Prince when I moved to Houston in the early 90's ,a pastor friend told me about his radio broadcast, and I've found him to be one of the "BEST" Bible teachers I,ve ever heard over the years.What he teaches works, rightly dividing the Word of Truth. Well done Derek!

it is good that we have his recordings but the Holy Spirit has not left this earth so someone else will have taken his place as God is never without a voice on the earth. But it will not be a woman.

As the world has moved so much further from the Truth and will continue to do, we, as the early church did, will be forced to meet from house to house..worshipping, having all things in common and preaching Jesus to our own cost... I find it so difficult to discover a Body of believers who want to meet like this. ..but the time will come when necessity will reveal this Church in the West, as it has been revealed in places in Africa and China...also Syria, Korea etc ♡ Even so, come Lord Jesus

Yes. It friend was healed of LYME and neurological damage instantly, last night.. She began listening to Derek Prince last year and God told me to invite her. We are a small group but we ministered to her and prayed in faith and the Holy spirit came.

kokui klu may I recommend that you read the gospels again and ask yourself to whom should we address our prayers. When the disciples of Jesus asked Him to teach them to pray - Did He say - When you pray say "Oh Holy Spirit"...? No. He said that we should say "our Father, who is in Heaven, holy is Your name...." Matthew 6; Luke 11. Read John 17 and see to whom Jesus addressed His prayers. God bless you kokui klu.

Thank You so much LORD for your servant Derek Prince and Your genuine and authentic anointing on his life that teaches us truth though he's dead and come home to You. I'm so blessed by his teachings. The contemporary church had better wake up from their spiritual slumber and love for money rather than love for GOD, witchcraft and deception or face the judgement and wrath of GOD.

Listening to this sermon awakened my fullest attention to the fact that we as a people do not talk or study as much in detail regarding issues of the SOUL...more specifically this outlined some detailed information that we need to know more deeply. Studying the SOUL and SOULISHNESS captured my thoughts. I will be looking forward to reading and studying in depth. Thanks so much for the insight.

One of the best (and just about the only) things about the 21st century is that good preachers and teachers (I'm assuming that Mr. Prince is such -- I just came across his material, but so far so good...) can be enjoyed, learned from, and watched repeatedly whenever we want. Unfortunately, he's passed and probably sitting around with the many others that we have lost. I really like his voice. If he checks out, I can put him in my list for falling asleep while listening to long sermons and lectures. He'll fit right in with Mike Heiser, Les Feldick and J. Vernon McGee. 🙏✝️🙏

I'm an avid listener of Mr. Prince's teachings and am grateful for his anointing...however 50:00 made me roar with laughter. We need more serious honesty like this. Leaders are scared to call people out. I would've been a Christian a long time ago had I found teachings like this.
I agree and glad you eventually made it, chosen few :) .. I've struggled in churches with probably well intended folks attitudes that just seemed off to me and would internalize as, what's wrong with me? But good honest, studied and sound teaching as this is, really helps me to see clearly what I was facing. May Jesus be all that we need.. blessings lovely lady 💕🙏
Just a quick update: Now that I'm three years in, I regretfully admit that Mr. Prince's teaching were not what the Father intended for His precious children to sit under. After spending much more time in Father's Word and His Spirt, asking Him questions and examining fruit, I realized that most of Prince's doctrine created a misunderstanding of what Father accomplished in Christ Jesus. I felt like demonic activity increase while trying to put a lot of Prince's teachings in practice and made me trust more in what I knew and did, instead of relying on my heavenly Father's faithfulness. It caused me to misinterpret scriptures, and is a different kind of religious witchcraft. I'm grateful for some of what I learned for that time, but now that I know my Father and Lord better, I know to stay away from this kind of content. It was a hard pill to swallow because he seemed sincere. Anybody can be deceived, so I don't think it's malicious. I'd just advise people to stay away. Be blessed in Jesus' name. He alone is our hope. Our righteousness is of Him and by Him, at His pace and timing. Amen.

Its not Rome, rome doesn't sit on many waters. It's speaking of America. The statue of liberty is The whore, it was made after the goddess of Istar the fertility goddess. The hammer of the whole earth is the military reference to America who also sits on the 7 continents. The fall of America will usher in a need for the anti Christ to "save" them. God will then go back to dealing with His people of Israel. Revelation 18:4 is the rapture of the bride of Christ.

I am a Catholic and I agree wholeheartedly with Dr Prince that the Church has not always uprooted the paganism of the peoples it has evangelised. It many cases it converted kings and the people followed the ruler without sufficient conversion. In other cases, folk religions have been tolerated alongside Christian worship for the sake of social harmony. This is probably why paganism is resurging in continental Europe and in the Americas. Those Bishops and saints who have preached true conversion and created cultures to replace local superstition have made real inroads.
I love this true hearted man of God! What this message is teaching us in Revelation is about that harlot, the beast and the false church, the Roman Catholicism the poop I mean pope! All the worldly leaders bow to them. They are the one that are decorated in fine lines and hold the cup of abominations. Think about it. Wow...!! I have yet to find another servant of God quite like Derek Prince, as devoted a servant maybe, Ron Wyatt comes to mind, but he was more a 'revealer' as opposed to teacher..........May Almighty God Keep Them.

This is how I break it down: WE ARE FORBIDDEN TO JUDGE: motives heart soul salvation any sin that you are also committing (a thief cannot judge anyone for stealing.) based on a person's appearance or riches hypocritically the sins of non-Christians angels, demons, and Satan adiaphora WE ARE COMMANDED TO JUDGE: preachers teachers prophets spirit fruits of the Spirit disputes between members message open sin doctrine theology Christology pneumatology soteriology cosmology in some cases eschatology in some cases thanatology acceptability to preach or teach based on behavior and family life those who are committing sins that you committed, after you have ceased to practice that sin and repent. Judge not is just 1/2 of the statement. In context it says, "Do not judge someone for a sin you are committing yourself, or the same penalty you call on for the other will happen to you, but quit doing the thing you were judging and THEN judge the other.

And you shall have the tassel, that you may look upon it and remember all the commandments of the Lord and do them, and that you may not follow the harlotry to which your own heart and your own eyes are inclined, and that you may remember and do all My commandments, and be holy for your God. People take heed not being deceived by the soulish Church of the knowledge of the heart ; their modus operandi is to entice your empathy by presenting emotional situations to you, and expecting the offering they're awaiting from you through your unconscious reaction by this manipulation. Be especially careful when you see a heart shaped or showed at the same time of the emotional trigger. This trigger is always outside of you & concerns everything that will focus your attention to produce your empathy on a different scale according one's own sensitivity. I have been in Churches like that! There are many preachers stirring up the emotions of the people. Then when they are hypnotised give your money. People when they come down off the spiritual high, they are dry and empty! I pray the blinders come off the minds of people.
On March 18-2020 The Lord said to me that America is in a precarious position not securely held in place, lack of security and stability things will become difficult and ever dangerous we stand on the precipice of time 1 Peter 4:7-8 many Prophets of our day are skewed biased distorted in a way that is regarded as inaccurate slanted or more developed on one side or in one direction than the other we can no longer have the status quo He no longer is going to wink at our sin He is tired of our sloppy grace to much sin in the church and the pulpit He is tired of our drivil Hebrews 10:26-30. we can listen, the pastor preaching but we need to read the bible for our self. if someone preaching to you, and if is not in the bible, they preaching, and then you should avoid that, person. Holy Spirit say, do not be deceived.

Oh wow. I've been struggling for awhile over this very matter. I felt like I was on the right path because I've been learning and growing so much so fast but these past couple of weeks begin doubting myself and even questioning if I'm deceiving myself. I've been trying to distinguish between the soul and spirit because I couldn't quite grasp it. I started thinking maybe it's everyone else is right and I am wrong. I've been talking about all you here is obey the spirit never obey Gods commandments and his word. We all have shortcomings so it is excused. I've been thinking what spirit are we truly following. Praise God for hearing my struggles and answering my prayers through this video
Hello, On a biological (embryogenesis) basis, I'd say life come first (starting immidiately after fecondation), then the soul (a baby has already a personality at birth) & finally the spirit (starting to think and being influenced) that comes later in time. Now on a scripture level, it seems our soul is our fleshy or fleshy nature ; that is corrupt since the fall of Adam & Eve. And the exchange @ the Cross made by Jesus, makes us crucify our soulish nature by understanding & being conscious why our old man nature is corrupt. We start to understand that we're enslaved to it by all its sinfulness. It's the difference between the Old Testament (where we are living following the Law) & the New Testament, when we have been born again by the spirit, then renewed in the new Spirit by receiving Christ in us through the baptism of the Holy Spirit. I think it's a gift of God ; we first receive the Spirit ; then as Jesus, we have to overcome temptation and opposition to act in the power of the Holy Spirit. But it's a progressive continuing renewing process into the Spirit to belong to the God-man race in which Jesus is the Head since he overthrow Satan's authority by His sacrifice. As far as I understand it, this process is achieved through sanctification. Then we're entering in Christ & we become sons of God. The Bible tells us also to test the spirits ; and we can test if something comes from the Holy Spirit that always glorifies Jesus. In (Hebrew 4:12) we can read that the Word of God separates the soul and the spirit. The Bible reveals that we are trinitarian beings with a body, a spirit and a soul. And the Scripture is the only way to differenciate the soul from the spirit ; because what's belonging to the soul is opposing what is belonging to the spirit (1 Corinthians 2:14) And when we're reading the Bible, it's the Bibe that's reading us ; that is revealing our nature to us. Hoping this will help .
I fear that there are no longer churches that minister to the poor. In all my experiences, they have all served the merchant and those with money far over their brethren who are poor and broken. They utterly reject the apostles doctrine concerning how the churches should operate. They grow the building and pay the clergy but let the poor remain poor. Paul was so sad that the Corinthians had such a drastic change of heart towards their wealth in regards to the church in Macedonia. And most churches I've encountered are just the same.
Wow, I recently realized that my former pastor in Detroit, Bishop Keith butler has been preaching another gospel for 40 years when he has presented Jesus as different from what the Bible teaches us! I have heard with my own ears Butler say " It wasn't enough for Jesus to die on the cross, he had to do more ". Butler is adding to the scripture and his message about Jesus and he is allowing error in his church ministry by preaching a different gospel. Butler says that Jesus had to be dragged to hell after he died on the cross to finalize our salvation. Butler preaches that Jesus was being beaten and tortured for 3 days in hell by the devil and his demons. Nothing could be farther from the truth this is false doctrine and erroneous. I walked out of Butler 's church when I heard him say that nonsense! Butler is aligned with many in the Word/ Faith movement with ministers like Copeland and Creflo Dollar!
Maybe he was preaching how Jesus had to be the last Adam first to become the second man ; because Jesus crucified the soulish nature of the adamic race inheritance to bring forth, after His death & burrial, the beginning of a new race inheritance elevated to a spiritual level leading to the God-man race. That's why he probably said Jesus did more than He did on the Cross through His resurrection after 3 days manifesting His Victory over all kinds of evil by being raised from the dead. Jesus was sent by God into hades where he endured all spiritual judgements against Him after His physical death (Ps. 88). He endured spiritual terror (John 18:11). He also made a proclamation to the souls in prison as a herald. Some preacher say that he became the master of Sheol. That He also preached to the confined souls of believers from past ages in a separate place from the pit (1 Pet. 4:6)

Listening to this sermon awakened my fullest attention to the fact that we as a people do not talk or study as much in detail regarding issues of the SOUL...more specifically this outlined some detailed information that we need to know more deeply. Studying the SOUL and SOULISHNESS captured my thoughts. I will be looking forward to reading and studying in depth. Thanks so much for the insight.

Very relevant message to this time, many false teaching are going on for money. They are preaching different gospel .
One of the best (and just about the only) things about the 21st century is that good preachers and teachers (I'm assuming that Mr. Prince is such -- I just came across his material, but so far so good...) can be enjoyed, learned from, and watched repeatedly whenever we want. Unfortunately, he's passed and probably sitting around with the many others that we have lost. I really like his voice. If he checks out, I can put him in my list for falling asleep while listening to long sermons and lectures. He'll fit right in with Mike Heiser, Les Feldick and J. Vernon McGee. 🙏✝️🙏

I'm an avid listener of Mr. Prince's teachings and am grateful for his anointing...however 50:00 made me roar with laughter. We need more serious honesty like this. Leaders are scared to call people out. I would've been a Christian a long time ago had I found teachings like this.
I agree and glad you eventually made it, chosen few :) .. I've struggled in churches with probably well intended folks attitudes that just seemed off to me and would internalize as, what's wrong with me?

Just a quick update: Now that I'm three years in, I regretfully admit that Mr. Prince's teaching were not what the Father intended for His precious children to sit under. After spending much more time in Father's Word and His Spirt, asking Him questions and examining fruit, I realized that most of Prince's doctrine created a misunderstanding of what Father accomplished in Christ Jesus. I felt like demonic activity increase while trying to put a lot of Prince's teachings in practice and made me trust more in what I knew and did, instead of relying on my heavenly Father's faithfulness. It caused me to misinterpret scriptures, and is a different kind of religious witchcraft. I'm grateful for some of what I learned for that time, but now that I know my Father and Lord better, I know to stay away from this kind of content. It was a hard pill to swallow because he seemed sincere. Anybody can be deceived, so I don't think it's malicious. I'd just advise people to stay away. Be blessed in Jesus' name. He alone is our hope. Our righteousness is of Him and by Him, at His pace and timing. Amen.

I am a Catholic and I agree wholeheartedly with Dr Prince that the Church has not always uprooted the paganism of the peoples it has evangelised. It many cases it converted kings and the people followed the ruler without sufficient conversion. In other cases, folk religions have been tolerated alongside Christian worship for the sake of social harmony. This is probably why paganism is resurging in continental Europe and in the Americas. Those Bishops and saints who have preached true conversion and created cultures to replace local superstition have made real inroads.

I have yet to find another servant of God quite like Derek Prince, as devoted a servant maybe, Ron Wyatt comes to mind, but he was more a 'revealer' as opposed to teacher..........May Almighty God Keep Them.

Oh wow. I've been struggling for awhile over this very matter. I felt like I was on the right path because I've been learning and growing so much so fast but these past couple of weeks begin doubting myself and even questioning if I'm deceiving myself. I've been trying to distinguish between the soul and spirit because I couldn't quite grasp it. I started thinking maybe it's everyone else is right and I am wrong. Hello, On a biological (embryogenesis) basis, I'd say life come first (starting immidiately after fecondation), then the soul (a baby has already a personality at birth) & finally the spirit (starting to think and being influenced) that comes later in time.
Now on a scripture level, it seems our soul is our fleshy or fleshy nature ; that is corrupt since the fall of Adam & Eve. And the exchange @ the Cross made by Jesus, makes us crucify our soulish nature by understanding & being conscious why our old man nature is corrupt. We start to understand that we're enslaved to it by all its sinfulness. It's the difference between the Old Testament (where we are living following the Law) & the New Testament, when we have been born again by the spirit, then renewed in the new Spirit by receiving Christ in us through the baptism of the Holy Spirit. I think it's a gift of God ; we first receive the Spirit ; then as Jesus, we have to overcome temptation and opposition to act in the power of the Holy Spirit. But it's a progressive continuing renewing process into the Spirit to belong to the God-man race in which Jesus is the Head since he overthrow Satan's authority by His sacrifice. As far as I understand it, this process is achieved through sanctification. Then we're entering in Christ & we become sons of God.
The Bible tells us also to test the spirits ; and we can test if something comes from the Holy Spirit that always glorifies Jesus.
In (Hebrew 4:12) we can read that the Word of God separates the soul and the spirit. The Bible reveals that we are trinitarian beings with a body, a spirit and a soul. And the Scripture is the only way to differenciate the soul from the spirit ; because what's belonging to the soul is opposing what is belonging to the spirit (1 Corinthians 2:14)
And when we're reading the Bible, it's the Bibe that's reading us ; that is revealing our nature to us.

I fear that there are no longer churches that minister to the poor. In all my experiences, they have all served the merchant and those with money far over their brethren who are poor and broken. They utterly reject the apostles doctrine concerning how the churches should operate. They grow the building and pay the clergy but let the poor remain poor. Paul was so sad that the Corinthians had such a drastic change of heart towards their wealth in regards to the church in Macedonia. And most churches I've encountered are just the same.
Wow, I recently realized that my former pastor in Detroit, Bishop Keith butler has been preaching another gospel for 40 years when he has presented Jesus as different from what the Bible teaches us! I have heard with my own ears Butler say " It wasn't enough for Jesus to die on the cross, he had to do more ". Butler is adding to the scripture and his message about Jesus and he is allowing error in his church ministry by preaching a different gospel. Butler says that Jesus had to be dragged to hell after he died on the cross to finalize our salvation. Butler preaches that Jesus was being beaten and tortured for 3 days in hell by the devil and his demons. Nothing could be farther from the truth this is false doctrine and erroneous. I walked out of Butler 's church when I heard him say that nonsense! Butler is aligned with many in the Word/ Faith movement with ministers like Copeland and Creflo Dollar!
Maybe he was preaching how Jesus had to be the last Adam first to become the second man ; because Jesus crucified the soulish nature of the adamic race inheritance to bring forth, after His death & burrial, the beginning of a new race inheritance elevated to a spiritual level leading to the God-man race. That's why he probably said Jesus did more than He did on the Cross through His resurrection after 3 days manifesting His Victory over all kinds of evil by being raised from the dead.
Jesus was sent by God into hades where he endured all spiritual judgements against Him after His physical death (Ps. 88). He endured spiritual terror (John 18:11). He also made a proclamation to the souls in prison as a herald. Some preacher say that he became the master of Sheol. That He also preached to the confined souls of believers from past ages in a separate place from the pit (1 Pet. 4:6)
