this is literally how to get seer, i followed these steps and got it, if you want proof give me your discord Achieve Day 12 (Tested)(You just need to before you wipe in khei.) Complete all orderly Quests Obtain Sigil Helmet and learn dragon speech. Get your ultra, you have to only learn 1 skill. Enter Castle Rock, You do NOT have to finish the run, tested MULTIPLE times Go to Khei. Complete Quests in Khei (Crystal Root and Gulnir's delivery) You need to go back to Gulnir's. TESTED Obtain the Uber title Wipe yourself, can be to anything. (There are no 'talk to this npc' requirements, it is only quests.)
