I think it’s titanic’s fault. He basically used his old content for newer content with a new person. And for the harassment.
Round 2 is pretty unfair considering Poppy and Titanic literally harassed Mars out of every project she tried to do for years and most of her old content has been removed, so of course her work isn't as popular.

I think Mars Argo is more talented and certainly doesn't need someone like Titanic Sinclair. Mars Argo is an artist where as Poppy is an entertainer (with scripts). I really hope that Mars doesn't allow Titanic's verbal abuse, and all the imitation of Poppy stop her from picking herself back up and continuing a career. She's got real talent. If titanic helped produce both their videos at some point in time, the idea was originally his in one way or another. Part of it feels more like a lovers quarrel than an actual copyright issue.

Gay AF she may be claiming so, but there needs to be substantiated evidence for it. Yes they are similar in video styles, but so are reaction channels, gaming channels and other similar content creators. They have a different style and it’s not copied word for word or video for video. The characters are different while still maintaining a similar set of characteristics. If he didn’t create the idea, he was at least influenced by Mars while he helped produce her videos.

I've never seen one of these before, but what exactly does someone's popularity on social media have to do with actual legal matters? Why does round 2 exist? I feel like this video could be summed up in the sentence - "Poppy is guilty, but just for fun who's a better singer?"
I think the better question is did Mars Argo actually create her content, or was her character influenced by Titanic in the same way that Poppy is? As ridiculous as it may seem this may actually be an important issue to solve, there is a fine line between stealing ideas and remixing ideas, assuming Titanic came up with the general parody idea. It's not illegal to dye your hair, change your make-up, and say words other people have said. The problem is are the ideas that of the director, or the original actress.
