Greetings from Sweden Marissa! I have been on the gaps diet for about 1 year now. I am expecting my first child in November and I really really appreciated your tips. This is your 5th baby so I felt that a pro was speaking to me, thank you for that!
The one thing that I am having a hard time to find here in Sweden is natural pork sausages. Its impossible… But I’ll keep looking! If any of you who are subscribing have any tips, please share ☺️
It's really amazing watching you in the kitchen. I love seeing your children climbing onto the cabinets and you so calm:) My 3 used to get on top of the fridge and watch me cook. My mother would come over and have a fit. I'd laugh and tell her they were like the cats - so sure footed. Now my grands get up there. Thank you for this vid and great information!

I just had a baby recently and I put away I had a hard time figuring out meals too. I found that if we had meat prepared cooked and frozen then I could easily take it out and make a quick easy side. I froze bread too.

I love this video - thank you for sharing! I always appreciate when you share what you’ve learned in your GAPS coach training and in certain books. I find it hard to meal prep with the foods we can eat as well and would appreciate other people’s ideas too. Although, we can’t have dairy, eggs or grains so it makes it very difficult.

I wld add the mineral salt at the end the oven might destory the minerals?
Hi Marisa I am planning freezer meals as well right now and wondering about what you said about tomato. Does it usually upset newborn stomachs? I want to be prepared as much as possible with having a healthy happy newborn in these upcoming months 😆looking for healthy freezer meal ideas really has been a challenge!
It’s a nightshade so it’s harder to digest and I’m assuming that’s why.
I found that it seemed to irritate them a little, so that they got a bit of diaper rash. When they are a bit bigger it doesn't' seem to affect them anymore :)

I cldnt pinpoint who u remind me of but I realized it's Eckhart tolle especially when you hold the camera super close
Why would you feed your starter and then put it in the fridge? The fermentation process stops in the fridge, so why not feed it when you're going to take it out so it can ferment?
It doesn't stop in the fridge, it just slows it down so it can go longer in between feedings :) It still rises and falls, just much slower.
