I’m an advanced mover and I was still really feeling the burn.     Hey there, lovely Desiree!! I don't comment as often as I'd like, because I typically play your youtube videos on my bedroom tv to follow along. But I wanted to let you know I am so appreciative of all the new videos, AND I continue revisiting old favorites all the time. Now that I have access to a weight room again, I would LOVE a few more pilates-style resistance band or dumbbell workouts if that is something other viewers might also like. Thank you, and give your little fluffball a cuddle for me. My furry friend also loves visiting when I roll out my mat :-)

    Woo hoo!!! I'll be doing this a couple of times today while WFH. I appreciate you and your sessions so much! I've put my in-person classes on pause and am more fully focused on you and the other couple of women whose modalities I enjoy-- and literally because I sense so much authentic self (ie: you're not just 'phoning it in) I can tune into. Looking forward to being rededicated to my Desirée time!! 🙏💕

    I will try it on its own for a quick burn or pair it with another one for a complete workout.       Yes! But remember…this workout is just part of the equation. You must eat healthily and fuel your body well. Adding in longer full body HIIT type workouts into your weekly routine will help shed unwanted fat…and of course videos like this will help strengthen and carve out those abs! 🥰💖💪🏼
