On my Paratrooper I prefer to: 1) Unlatch the frame lock 2) Unlatch and remove seat post 3) Flip-up the kickstand 4) Unlatch the front wheel lock, remove the wheel, and then lean the wheel against the car. This way my exposed front fork lever never touches the pavement and I can lift the entire bike frame with one arm easily to place it into the trunk of my car. I have a quilted moving blanket in the truck that I lay the bike frame upon and fold the excess back over to cover the entire frame. Then I lay the wheel and seat post assembly on top of the blanket so that the frame doesn't get scratched. If you want to prevent things from shifting around as you drive you can add a second moving blanket on top of the wheel and seat post to stabilize everything. Moving blankets are only about $10 at stores like Harbor Freight and will last for years.

HA. That front wheel DOES NOT come off or go back on that easy.
That safety click is a bitch to work with.
I tested the x50, paratrooper and the pro yesterday.
The pro has better everything costing 999.99.
x50 + paratrooper shocks are springs and wont stand the test of time.
The X50 does not fold smoothly, you have to almost force it.
But the fact that it fol is why i was looking at these in the first place, not so sure after riding these now if I want to go to folding.
