- In today's vlog we tell the story of our life on Koh Lanta, a tropical island in the South of Thailand that attracts many tourists in high season.
At the moment, it is low season time and it is time for us to work on the things we love; Mon is doing his duck and chicken farm, and Maayan is creating content for UA-cam.
In the meantime we are also running our guesthouse Green Pepper and renovating our house! Join us for this vibrant and entertaining vlog and follow the stories of the people around us, like Min Khant (Lucas), who escaped from Myanmar with his mother and younger brother because he prefers to draw flowers than fight against his own people, or the story of Hedi and Margo, who needed a break from France and are now trying a new, calmer life on Koh Lanta.

I'm loving the lifestyle you two are living. Your diet caught my attention though. No sugar? No carbs? I think that works to a certain point, but it's not a sustainable method for the long term. Going on a diet you hate because it eliminates the foods you like is often the reason why many give up and binge. Carbs and sugar aren't the enemy. Try cutting down on both instead of eliminating it. That's a better method. It works for me.
Also, keep in mind that losing body fat doesn't always mean you're going to weigh less. There are plenty of fit women with a body fat percentage around 16 - 22, and they weigh nearly the same as some women with higher body fat. Natacha Oceane is a great example.

I don't think it's a problem to be honest. We don't encounter wild animals often, more like very rarely and the most important thing, wild animals live in their own world, and they are not interested in entering our world, more like the opposite. Hope that helps! ❤️

Maayan, why didn’t you do your new constructions with an architect ? If it was a traditional construcion system…with wood, but you choose a modern style. Constructing with modern materials. Why an architect was not an option ?
