As long as humans are officiating then there will always be human error, I feel for forest but it’s something Everton fans have had to put up with on many occasions this season
The last few seasons we've had to endure blatant decisions like this, week after week and not once has it been brought to light like this. No one batted an eyelid.

Two well taken goals. A great save from Jordan Pickford. A slice of luck, which throughout the season has consistently gone against us and that’s a fact, so many very bad decisions have gone against Everton and a well deserved win, because frankly Forest didn’t really offer much.
I personally think that was the win that secures our survival in the top tier. Looking at the fixtures and form of the teams below us and our fixtures I think we’re ok. Obviously the fixture at Luton is a NO LOSE game. But Brentford just put five past them. 4-5 points is sufficient for us to spend our last season at Goodison in the top league. Come on Blue Boys.

Great that we got the three points, but I'm sorry, the unforced errors (passing the ball to the other team) continue with reckless abandon. For professional footballers at that level is inexcusable and atrocious.
A penalty is 80% of a goal. We don't want the tactics of the game to change from scoring goals to winning pens and there has to be a threshold to overturn a devision.
Yes, I would be upset if I was a Forest fan, but the these decisions are not commulative, and I don't think any are that bad.
If all 3 had been given, we would have felt hard done by.

We also played quite good football, still too occasionally.
And both our goals from open play with fine long-range strikes! For once Gana, who played overall very well, kept his shot low!😉 Pickford's save in the latter part of the first half was crucial, too.
Think none of those three incidents involving Young warranted a penalty. I try to evaluate those situations as objectively as possible and that is really my honest opinion from that game. To balance that, I haven't always agreed that we should have been given a penalty. For example away at Bournemouth I could understand that the kick against DCL in the box didn't result us having a penalty.
Saying that must stress that imo, if you compare the DCL incident to those all three "committed" by Young, surely the the knock against DCL would have been the most "justified" penalty-decision of them all, if given, for that matter.
Hopefully Beto's recovery will go smoothly!
When I was young my father would only play football with me if I used my left foot, as I was very right footed. It worked. McNeil's father clearly didnt.

Forest players were throwing themselves all over the place all afternoon. We have had some shocking decisions this season and the last couple, I don't understand what options they think they have 🙄

I hate to say it but I said it at the time albeit watching on tv that they were all pens. The 2nd one shouldn't be but if you go by the letter of the law it was. The other two looked stonewall especially the last. The refs weren't giving them anything and sending us down with a decision after all that has gone on.
Can that be classed as a perfect hat-trick from not so young? He has been a liability in nearly every game he's played in, thankfully decisions went our way yesterday and at least on Wednesday he won't have to face too much pace 😂😂

I hope Dyche has realised what a liability Young is! Though i dont believe there was three pens in the game with another ref or Var they could have wrongly be given. Why on earth is Dyche given Young game time? Im at a loss! Dyche is living in moo moo land or at least should be soon, he needs relieving of his duties at Everton!
