Cross-Tenant User Data Migration in Exchange Online

Loving what you're doing. I've used the CTM many many times during Preview for my schools and colleges and it was solid. However now it's gone GA you don't appear to support academia and my current educational CTM configurations appear to have been nobbled. Is anybody out there able to give me clarity or I am being force to use 3rd party products. I just need to know as I have 8 CTMs on order.

While syncing the mailbox can the user continue working with interruptions? Does the license get synced too?

Now Cross tenant Mailbox migration and cross tenant onedrive migration is also available.. how is it possible to do the migration of mailbox and dropbox migration of a single user together , or is it done separately..
