- Today we try the ACCENT CHALLENGE Bangali (Bangla) and Persian (Farsi). Both Bengali and Persian are classified as Indo-European languages. Persian is mainly spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan while Bengali is primarily spoken in Bangladesh and some parts of India.

How about bringing some basic stuffs infront of the camera and say what it’s called in Persian and in the other competative language! To see how similar languages can be in daily basis. Things like pen, book, chair, water, fruits, etc... It’d be fun to watch, also we can learn more فارسى vocabulary that way! 😄

Aramkedara is a compound word of Farsi and Portuguese roots.
Aram=comfort (Farsi)
Kedara (cadeira)=chair(Portuguese)
Aram meaning comfort is also cognate in Bengali. The term Bengali itself also has roots in Persian.

Ik both Bangla and Farsi. I think many of the transliteration for the Bengali words are inaccurate. It could be a fun video if you guys rather focused on Bangla and Farsi words that have same or similar word roots for the same meanings. That way the relation between these two Indo-European languages could be better portrayed.
