The cheapo modern bs is low quantity and generic - like white cabinets and beige carpet- ugly - never would I spend that money on this
There are many choices to be made at the design center as far as the cabinetry and carpets are concerned, or you could forego carpet altogether and have wood throughout. The choices are endless.
