this is honestly the only miller video I've seen where they 1. show the welds 2. the welds are beautiful and are top notch. I'm not an aluminum guy but if i wanted to be good at it I would want to be this guys student.

Learning to tig and make my own intake has always been a dream but wont happen. Ballpark to fab one for my 383 sbc single carb?! WIsh I Could work for ya just to be around it and learn! Those cheap wanna be chinese ones on ebay are a frigging joke! This dude is the real deal
Hey John, I talked with you a while back about what gas Blend you used and you said it was a secret.......lol I appreciate that and use Helium blends myself so i know how important they are. I purchased a Dynasty 350 right after talking with you and agree that its a completely different deal than a transformer Square wave machine.......Your stuff is the best I have ever seen so keep up the good work.....Bill Calicura Nor California

Hey I'm welding cast aluminum intake manifold remove throttle bodie flange I'm replacing it with another flange but 1inch aluminium flat sheet can I weld them together cast aluminum to sheet aluminum.
Thanks for reaching out. You will be able to weld cast aluminum to sheet aluminum. The process will be AC. You will just need to adjust the amperage for the thicker material, and use torch position to bring in the thinner piece. Thank you.
Don't sell off the old stuff yet, these inverters don't last as long as the old technology like the syncrowave this was the reason I went with the syncrowave but i guess if you're making that much selling these manifold then you could afford to buy a new inverter every 6-8 years
