Wonderful beginning to a very good possibility to a multi-episode story. I always enjoy listening to your stories😁 one piece of constructive criticism I'm not sure what kind of recording equipment you're using, but your volume is way low so you might try tweaking that a bit. Other than that great job.
Her: If you think I'm gonna be your girlfriend, that's not gonna happen Me, who saw "Strangers to lovers" in the title: *I'm* *4* *parallel* *universes* *ahead* *of* *you*
"You're not a psycho-murderer, are you?" "Well, considering that you're the one who selected me to sit next to, I should be assumed to be no more likely than anyone you meet to be a psycho-murderer. As the person who got selected, though, I have a lot more reason to worry about you."
This video has, for the day I listened to it, turned into an obsession. I generally get very involved in the story when listening to these, specifically yours, placing myself in it, as I imagine a lot of peeps do. Was absolutely not foreseeing the joining on the runaway, and being stuck in it I started planning in my mind how it could go and what it would mean to leave 'everything' behind. Concisely, I thought of how I underappreciate things and how I take pretty much all I have for granted. To say I was flabbergasted when imagining starting a new life, even in such a sweet situation, is a severe understatement. I read a bit on "running away from home" and found out how much it sucks. I went ahead and fantasized about more logic I could use to keep someone from doing this, but since I'm sticking to the lore of the video, I had to accept that the leaving was axiomatic. The tragedy I comically built in my head, where I am not able to go with the person in this scenario, almost felt as if it became real and, strangely enough, is reminiscent of The Great Gatsby in some way. I apologize for the raving rant, I did not even start with my appreciation towards the video saying how well it's made. I feel as if I am going to have something left in me after this one. Thank you, Seaglass.
Been thinking about this story, and while leaving everything behind and going on the run with my new soul partner sounds exciting and romantic, realistically I do not think I could do it. I'm autistic, I like having a routine and the vagabond lifestyle is the opposite of that. What I would do as the listener is convince her to stay with me just a little bit longer and help her confront her stepmom (She's an adult, she doesn't have to live with them, especially if it's a tense situation), pick up her personal belongings like phone/clothes/etc. and leave. meanwhile, I would put in my two weeks and prepare to move back to the girl's hometown where she can reconnect with her friends, I'd find a job and a place to live, and she can live with me while she works to get a GED.
I absolutely cannot get over the quality of the content. Like, it's so good. And actually unique, which is sometimes understandably rare to see. Good work and hope you have a great day.
please please please don’t let this be a one shot, this is way to awesome and intriguing to not get a sequel or like an entire series, i am so investet and intrigued
I was homeless once, so I understand the Listener being absolutely vehement against standing by and letting her subject herself to surfing the streets.
Kid, you've got a bizarre metric for what help you will and will not take. Whatever difficulties she has: food, employment, a GED, etc. would be a lot easier with the listener's shelter. Great video with good writing.
There's a lot of soul in this. Methinks someone is writing what they know. It's rare for me to comment once on a video. Twice is unheard of. I wonder what advice a wise man would give her.
Strangers to lovers, more like WE’RE NO STRANGERS TO LOVE, YOU KNOW THE RULES AND SO DO I. A FULL COMMITMENT’S WHAT I’M THINKING OF. YOU WOULDN’T GET THIS FROM ANY OTHER GUY. IIIIIII JUST WANNA TELL YOU HOW I’M FEELING. GOTTA MAKE YOU UNDERSTAND. NEVER GONNA GIVE YOU UP, NEVER GONNA LET YOU DOWN, NEVER GONNA RUN AROUND AND DESERT YOU. NEVER GONNA GIVE YOU UP, NEVER GONNA SAY GOODBYE, NEVER GONNA TELL A LIE, NAD HURT YOU.
Either we the listener are a empathetic soul yearning to escape our constrictive life or a massive simp EDIT: Nevermind after reading the reply I have realized the listener does not have a simp-ish reason to help given the listeners life circumstances
If I was living on my own and didn't really care about my job too much, I'd' probably do something like this to be able to help someone. Like if I am there at least I can help this person get back on their feet in life, and you know adventure is always fun, never been too proud to do any kind of work, so long as it is legit and honest work there ain't nothing wrong with it.
@@ilo3456 When ya put it that way there really isn't a simpular (a pun on the word singular) reason for the listener to help, I stand corrected and will thusly edit my comment
When she asked if I was a psycho murderer I realized that holy shit I seem exactly like a psycho murderer. I have the same tone of voice as moist critikal and play 1930 music from High Hatters.
I have many-a-question, she wants to run away from home implying that she is not of age which in that case the listener shouldn’t date her because we presumably to have a home are of age. If she is 18 and had lived alone it makes sense why you’d bring your birth certificate and passport but in that case why does she even need to run, she’s an adult?
There’s being a normal person, there’s being a Good Samaritan, and then there’s Listener-San. Also known as a bleeding heart, if that means what I think it does Edit: “I’m basically just a rat off the street that you took in- [continues repeating her stepmom’s lies].” “Shut up.” “Huh?” “Just, just stop it. That’s exactly what that woman wants you to think… which is the last thing you should do.” “It finally feels like I have someone on my side.” and “I actually am starting to feel like I can do this.” are sad but understandable quotes in this situation. Nobody should feel that hopeless just because they had bad luck with parents These two are soulmates, I don’t know how I know but I know… just like these two.
I have an idea for a story path. Maybe the listener is an outdoorsman so they own a cabin somewhere up north. So they go there and the listener helps them with their problems and stuff. I could go on and on but ima keep it short.
Am i the only one that pretended this was f4f and that the speaker ran away because her family didnt accept her comming out.. and now we are taking the chance to run away with the woman of our dreams even though we just met lol ❤

PART 2!!!! PLEASE THIS IS AMAZING

Why do I get the feeling that the runaway and listeners names are Bonnie Elizabeth Parker, and Clyde Chestnut Barrow? 😂

Now this was actually a really well made story, I would just love to see more
Part 2 maybe?
I was literally watching this video and only a couple minutes ago I got the notification for part 2.
"You're not a psycho-murderer, are you?"

I liked the overall story to this, I was very invested, well done!
Runaway: *starts talking bad about herself*
Me: I'ma stop you right there. We don't do that here.

Id love to see a part 2 of this
Absolute Banger. It would be even lovelier if you add stock asset train sound slowed+reverb on the "inside of the train" scene
I really want to see a part 2
This is such an interesting story. So interesting to be cut to only 1 video 😭
She's so nice and humble! I want to adopt her! ;-;
I’m subscribing and putting on all notifications. I want a part 2 please!!!
I was homeless once, so I understand the Listener being absolutely vehement against standing by and letting her subject herself to surfing the streets.
I loved this! I just discovered your channel and I only regret not finding it sooner lol
I'll be honest, this was really interesting. I liked it a lot, and can even relate to parts of it.
Thanks for the audio, Seaglass.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SHE'S A LITTLE RUNAWAY
dont want to pressure this nice lady to do a part 2 but it'd be nice
Kid, you've got a bizarre metric for what help you will and will not take.

Great video with good writing.

Inb4 Listener is also a runaway and is helping because they sympathize and have been through it before/are going through it too.
My house, my things, my multiple platform subscriptions😨

Ain't we all just runaways?
Reminds me a little of the manga Higehiro: After Being Rejected, I Shaved and Took in a High School Runaway.
My thoughts exactly
I'm wearing this hoodie right now and I have green eyes. Does that mean I should...
I just imagined a stranger just randomly talk to me and stab me after we arrive at my home
Where was the romance?
Inch resting 👀❤️
nice audio, although guys if you ever find someone like this irl, kick her out immediately!
“How do I know your not a psycho murder?”
Bruh you told me your whole backstory or a “fake” story, wdym I’m a murder?
