Awesome, can’t wait for the next 1000 bloodgulch mods 😅. Joking aside, the custom edition modding kit is the first mod kit I ever used. It was fun to mess around with weapon spawns and projectile edits.
They should have kept collections and made them a forge item. Imagine being able to change the weapon/vehicle spawns based on game mode and game settings instead of a new map version.
how would we go about editing campiagn levels , namely the anniversary graphics mode (wanting to edit the lighting and try to mmod the CE anniversary campaign to look closer to the OG graphics.
The issue you mentioned with MCC and AI, could this be what causes animation bugs in Reach MCC firefight? And issues with the ai instantly throwing the grenade rather than the animation playing first

I launch Sapien, it opens an explorer box, and there's nothing else I can even do. There's absolutely no file in the HCEEK directory that its able to open. So I literally can't even start the thing...
@@cameronsteele371 There was a .rar file in the directory and some .bats if I remember. Basically extracting the them got it working for me if I recall.
A basic level importing tutorial is in the works. Level modeling might have to be its own tutorial series. I have a very crude video i uploaded to my channel, but im a terrible narrator, and i would prefer to redo it. In the meantime, i would recommend learning blender and following blender tutorials to get used to the program.
Could you go over how to change the armor of noble team and the troopers in the Reach campaign? The Mk.V noble team mods don't work anymore and I think they're abandoned. I tried myself but I just couldn't figure it out
Made a custom Assault Rifle tag that works in the tag test, tried placing it in a scenario with Sapien, but when I load the game it doesn't show up :( Saved the scenario in Sapien and used the Tool.exe but no luck

I needed a guide like this so bad! I’m just about finished with balancing for my mod with tags, and sapien looked super complicated at first for me.

Question: how hard would it be to load halo ce maps into the halo 2 engine? Like play halo ce single player missions in halo 2s engine?

ik im late but when i try to open the tag test place it crashes in a second.. idk why-
i used the og HEK, but it doesn't have tag test, just guerilla and sapien, how i can test my maps for halo custom edition

There is a halo reach tag testing tool under the mod tools launcher for the mcc on steam
