Does not matter. Singing in correct pitch needs months, maybe years of intensive practice if you are not a natural. Alex is a natural vocal beast. But he is no Michael Bolton
His range just needs training and improving. He can’t get super high, and pitch is off a bit, but that can be trained to a point. Obviously he has insane growls and super deep lows

I love this. Alex is one of my inspirations for re-learning to roar after my vocal injury in middle school. 15 years ago. screamed with my true cords and went too hard. (we didn’t learn about false folds in music class back then) my voice broke during a performance with a couple other young metalheads I knew at this little rocker shop in town. my voice was hoarse for over a month and it killed my self esteem. But late last year I discovered Slaughter to Prevail and Lorna Shore. found out we’re all around the same age and thought, “fuck it. Let’s try again”. and I started looking up material on how to do extreme vocals safely. can’t get as low as Alex (not sure if anyone can) but I’ve managed to get a pretty good range of high screams (mainly the goblin kind) and deep roars. thanks guys. 🤘🏼
