Use a steam source that does not generate pressure only generates steam. Steam under pressure is extremely dangerous. The source should be able to supply steam continuously at normal pressure and the box should not be airtight, it has to have steam exit hole at other end and water drain holes in bottom as i explained in the video. You can put a thermometer through a hole in chamber if the temperature exceeds 90°C that means there is pressure build up.

If we have a open system, do we need a overpressure exit additionally?
