Hi there. You could make a thin, decorative scarf, but I don't think you could make a sweater with it. You can also make jewelry like Cynthia shows or even headbands. I hope this helps inspire your creativity!
I love the tutorial will get the french knitter but I was wondering what is the name of the yarn you used in this tutorial?. It would be nice if the all the supplies you use type above so we all know what is what other than saying it in a video.
Hi Michelle. Cynthia pulled this yarn from her private collection (she has a lot of yarn!). We're not sure where it came from. I'm sorry we don't have any more information.
+Debbie Hi Debbie! We used yarn for the examples made in this video, but you can experiment with different materials. For example, this bracelet is made with illusion monofilament cord: www.artbeads.com/amethyst-garden-french-knitter-bracelet.html. And this one uses Soft Flex: www.artbeads.com/ondine-french-knitter-accent-necklace.html. As long as the stringing material and beads used fit on the French Knitter tool, you can use beads and yarn that you like best.
WOW! that's so cool Cynthis & i really enjoy you have made this tut, video so like that whe know how easy & fun to try this new tool, you are amazing & i like all of your work Cynthia so Thank's for this one, love it!!
