Day 1 (Thursday, Dec 12):
Focus on Cancun, especially Puerto Cancun (waterfront properties).
Participants can arrive on the 11th or 12th. Meeting points will be provided based on arrival times.
A welcoming reception is planned to start the tour in Cancun.
Logistics Overview:
Playa del Carmen serves as the central meeting point for logistics between Cancun and Tulum.
Participants should bring essentials (laptop, chargers, etc.) as there will be limited hotel access during tours.
Day 2 (Friday, Dec 13):
Focus on Tulum, exploring developments, and discussing why it’s a prime destination.
Includes potential visits to beaches and construction sites. Closed-toe shoes are recommended.
Day 3 (Saturday, Dec 14):
Focus on Playa del Carmen (Playacar), showcasing gated communities, family-oriented areas, and downtown properties.
Christmas party in the evening at a rooftop venue with beach and sunset views. Open to all eXp participants, no cost.
Day 4 (Sunday, Dec 15, Optional):
Tour of Puerto Aventuras, featuring luxury properties and a boat or catamaran ride.
Ideal for content creation and relaxation, but departure timing may not align with early flights.
Key Notes for Participants:
Sunday activities are optional (please let us know if you'd like to attend)
For early departures on Sunday, taxis can be arranged directly to the airport.
Monday departures are recommended to fully experience the Sunday tour.
Dress Code:
