It's very simple making mango picle
Please wash and make it dry .Then cut the mano pices.Remore the fiber neans white paper .Then lean it with towl.Cut into pices
Now meserments
1 cup chili powder
1cup mustard powder
Oil tale 3 cups..mustard oil
Termaric 1 tsp
If you want you can rake crushed galicnow see the video in the u tube
8 cups mango pices.
Use 1 cup every thing

for 8 cups mango she has taken with same cup 1 cup red chilli powder , 1 cup mustard powder , 3/4 th cup salt 1 tbsp turmeric , 1 tbsp methi powder ,asoefotida 1/2 tspn ,, 1/2 cup garlic , sesame oil .

For avakkaya, three requirements shld b der for raw mangoes.. 1. Peechu
2. Pulupu
3. Kanda
N shld b not small r big but a medium size one like shld fit in ur hand. Handful ana mata. First soak mango pieces into husked gingelly oil for 5 mnts n den add all d ingredents.

One glass of bamboo mirchi powder
One glass of Rai powder

2 spoons of turmeric
N methi seeds. Add all n mix well.
So once ur powder mix is ready means 3 glasses of powder. Add dis to 4 1/2 glasses of raw mango pieces.
Ratio is 1.5 raw mango pieces

1 ratio of the 3 glasses of rai,mirchi n salt powders.
Means for 3 glasses of ingredients add 41/2 glasses of raw mango pieces.
Mangoes can b naatu kaayalu r can b chinna rasalu r d best for avakaya
If u like avakaya little spicy u can add 1/3 glass of extra rai powder to the mixture. Once pickle is ready ample oil shld b poured like ur palm shld b in the oil b4 u touch the surface of the pickle. Dis wl hlp u to kp d pickle fresh n tasty. N wont change colour. If less oil is der den pickle wl change colour n matti smell wl come. So al d best guys. Go for avakayya
