I would have to think if an offer is made to someone for a incident for one reason or another who does not have a attorney, that person is more likely to except the first initial offer.
I have a complete torn ACL and bucket tear meniscus from a ladder fall at work, that’s besides my dislocated shoulder and fracture hip bone in the side of my leg. My accident was in may of last year, and I’m just about to have my acl and meniscus surgery. Last week I had a mediation and my attorney seem willing and eager to take lowball offer of 40,000 before surgery. I would love to hear what you and people here in this channel think. Thanks
Sorry to hear that. Cannot give you any opinion without knowing every single detail of your case. Best to have that discussion with your attorney again.
Thank you for your insight, and the way you communicate it. I am so lucky to have your video to watch.
You’re welcome.

Not sure about that.

*40k is very low how did it go for you?*
👍🏻
Thanks.
I thought a lawyer can't Accept the offer without you saying yes to the offer
That is correct.
