Definitely way low, exhaust back in them days was about an inch away from the body and straight back on dual exhaust and curved down on single exhaust.

After i finished the video I lifted the tailpipe right up. It came loose! I was to lazy to redo the entire video but pics on volocars.com are updated.
Really nice RS/SS '69 thanks Jay! Those tailpipes could be elevated a bit. Seems like they could get damaged easily

It's a nice looking ride. I don't mean to be too critical on this but of what I'm about to say but the exhaust pipes coming out the rear or not right.

back in 1979 i seen one of these RS/SS with a 6 cylinder . it had been in a fire and the guy dumped a 6 cylinder in

Yes, and thats the good stuff, I recognize the name (logo) on the packaging, they do excellent work & its really hard to find....in good shape.
Except the factory pins to mount the trim on no longer exist?
