Oh my goodness thank you so much!! I am a crossdresser and I've never been able to figure out why my makeup was never as good as any of the other tutorials I've watched until I saw this video and understood what the monolid was. I followed this tutorial and it was the best makeup I've done in years and years of trying! Thank you so much!! 🥰
OMG you’ve completely changed my makeup routine. The pencil + liquid liner combo is genius! And I’m so excited to try the eyeshadow techniques. Thanks for sharing your routine. I learned so much. 😊
Love this video!! My hooded eyes are exactly like yours where the hooded lip crease is so small so it doesn’t look well with normal eye make up. Thank you Lisa!!
*throws out all makeup* 🗑️ *buys everything Lisa uses* 💵💄 Seriously - “Thank You” for sharing your monolid secrets. In all my life, I’ve never been told the technique of pulling the dark brown all the way through. SO excited to try it! ❤️🙌🏼😘
Love your vids Lisa especially your Mejuri ones. Love Mejuri pieces too. What false lashes are you wearing? Are these the same ones as the one from your how to style silver and gold jewelry
thank your this! does your eyeshadow in your outer corners, ever bleed out from lining the bottom of your lashes with eyeshadow? when I use water proof eyeliner in my waterline or in the corners of my eyes, nomatter what it always bleeds out, even with primer and eyeshadow over it
I'm sorry I'm not trying to be rude you are a beautiful young lady but when you but on the bronzer over the blush it looked muddy instead of using a bronzer to contour your face why not use a real contour product I'm not sure if you are aware but bronzing and contouring are two different things.
Hey Brenda, I'm so sorry I'm not perfect and meeting your expectations for filming a tutorial. If your expectations from a tutorial is absolute perfection then this is definitely not the channel for you. I'm not sure if this is news to you but a lot of people make mistakes when they do their make-up including myself. In fact, most of the time when I do my make-up i might mess up here and there which is why I have q-tips by my table at all times. if you're asking about video production and you preferred that i edited out, it was kept in to keep it realistic and also lighthearted. If once again, this is not your vibe, this is not the channel for you. Lastly, i would love for you to consider that as I mentioned, I haven't filmed one in a long time and using camera screen that is smaller than my phone or mirror whilst talking is not the easiest due to my rustiness. What would have been lovely would have been a constructive comment in which I would have responded that I'd love to practice more by filming more of these videos and they will get better over time. But can we consider for a sec if your comment was actually constructive and helpful? There must have been a better way to communicate the same thing, Brenda. So yes, really.
I’m not even sure what you’re talking about??? The EYE SHADOW: she didn’t mess up, she just blended them afterwards, which is (I try not to say things are right or wrong), but a widely accepted practice for finishing/blending out, especially using a translucent powder. It’s not even adding a whole separate step, it’s more like a fairy dabbing a quick “Boop!” finishing touch🧚 where every little “boop!” Sets down a magical veil of seamless-ness? [ha] and protection (longevity). Not only do I do the same, but I also use translucent powder. After eye shadow, contour, and not everyone realizes but its a great technique for eye brows! The EYE LINER: if your eyes are similar to hers YOU KNOW right? The part that disappears doesn’t do well with liquid due to that, I guess you would call it fold. Using liquid there creates it to bunch up in a cakey line along the fold and a greasy black smudge is the only trace liquid eye liner was ever there before it retreated to the folds! But you cannot get the same clean line and wing with pencil. So the pencil is kind of the sustenances, like a book and the liquid is a book cover….when you put that really pretty gloss icing that hardens on a cookie, it’s not b/c you messed up the cookie. It’s for a contribution to it that inadvertently also benefits it. I know I know. I like metaphors

Could you list the brushes you used as well especially the eye ones? Thank you!
I use either: morphe, sephora, or spectrum brushes! I alternate because I have different sets but they are from all those 3 brands!
This looks legit. I am Caucasian, but my eyes are small and hooded. I will try to do my eye makeup and eyeliner your way. Hope it will work for me.

With your shadow and liner there has to be a better way to TEACH people than to mess up then correct. Really??

Brenda stop nit picking stuff, learn to be appreciative .
My comment was six months ago. She wrote her soliloquy. Find a Life cause I won’t be reading comments from this thread going forward.
what kind of brush do you use for blending ? Can you share your brush ? Thank you so much
Love this video! Exactly what I was looking for 🫶🫶🫶
