- Today I went fishing on the river…in the freezing cold. Although the weather is cold and the water is muddy the big bass were out to play! After catching a 7,8, and a 9 pounder. It ended up being my best winter bass fishing day ever!

I actually just watched a video from a couple days ago "wake up and rage" and his buddy had a triple large mouth catch on the Alabama rig! They were fishing SantaFe lake in Florida...FishOn...jimi

Great catches man! My best day this year was March 16. It was below freezing but I caught 5 bass between 5 and 7 pounds bank fishing my friend's private lake that I only fish. Lately I can't catch anything.

@@LoganAndersonFishing 😂 yessir! I think you should make a trip there some day and give it a go. Also, below the dam when they stock Rainbow trout! Yes... The only place in Alabama that has trout that's regularly stocked! The dam below a Smith feed the Sipsey and if you go to the website, they list dates when they stock the creek with rainbows that at times can be about 5lbs or more. Enjoy!
