For that CoreLite Long Sleeve, would you say it fits true to size, or runs large? I got an XL and I'm 5'10" 215lbs. Hoping it's not too big.

I wear a medium in all of the bottoms and large in all of the tops! I’m 5’7” and 165lbs!
