    La'Nisha did amazing! Complied, didn't listen to the excuses of the officer, told them a few home truths about how useless they are and got in contact with a lawyer very soon after the incident!

      She did absolutely brilliantly. She complied and told them exactly what she thought of them. I love the way she said I do not want to hear from you and told them to get the fxxxx out of her way.

      These officers are out of line. They have all this cowardice and incompetence and they’re still allowed to be in positions.

    Absolutely disgraceful behavior by those officers. Yet another innocent black woman could have been killed. They clearly were not going to officially write up the “near death “ incident until the relatives contacted the police department. BLACK life’s matter, even if this police authority don’t care😡

    Needs to be a law against cops pulling their guns on stolen vehicle stops unless the car was carjacked! There is no damn need to pull their firearm! Their lives where not in any danger and most of these screw ups the only person in danger is the person getting stopped! This isn’t a training issue this is a policy issue and the fact that cops put their own lives above those they are paid to serve!

    I hope she heals. I have a 16 year old and things like this makes me afraid to let him drive. That’s a mistake that shouldn’t have happened.

    FYI suspensions with pay is not justice. The whole department should be under INVESTIGATION. If they covered this up imagine the deeds that have been swept under the rug. Fired/ jailed without bail is justice not to work for any agency that governs the public with a weapon is justice.

    Justice and accountability -- very elusive when you're dealing with law enforcement in the US. At this point (during the press conference) it appears you (the lawyer) weren't aware that they already knew they had the wrong car but still drew their guns, made her walk backward, kneel, and submit to cuffs. Should be a slamdunk law suit.

    Attorneys shouldn't try to solve their problems. Thats takes away from the victim.

      @@pdubb7749 I did look. Now I’m asking what you mean by “Attorneys shouldn’t try to solve “their” problems. That takes away from the victim.” In United States Attorneys are used to solve problems and get justice when someone has been wronged. Attorneys empower victims. So I’m asking what do you mean by your comment? I’m legitimately confused.

    • @pdubb7749
      @pdubb7749 4 місяці тому

      @jenettejackson8920 he was trying to suggest there was a training deficiency. The attorney spoke about that. If he is for the victim then speak to the pain.of the victim.

      @@pdubb7749 Ok , I was wondering he was saying the attorneys shouldn’t solve their problems. So your the problems of the police department to be clear.

    It's always their fault
    Step into there shoes for a night
    This is sad but why are police leaving in droves

    What would you do without the police

      Well, this was their fault. They pulled over the wrong car and THEY KNEW IT! I don't get what's so hard to understand? People make mistakes period. But this was egregious.

    • @femalejeezy
      @femalejeezy 3 місяці тому +1

      lol we don’t care, it’s their job to deal with that as they signed up for it. this WAS their fault. stop wasting illegal, they knew that wasn’t the right car, drawn guns for literally no reason, black people are profiled daily by them. they need to do their job better.

  • @Paul_owie

    The Lawyer:
    "If this was anybody else whom would have loked different" obviously he means because she was black.
    why do you have to use the black card? This happens to loads of people. Black, White, etc

    I did notice she cussed like a sailor? What the officers did was wrong but she didn't act to traumatized? She did act angry? But she didnt act like a sweet young lady? Just saying?

      Good that she cursed like a sailor and she only did it when she told them to get the fxxx out of her way. She was acting on adrenaline at that time. I believe she was in shock and the reaction has now set in. I hope she wipes the floor with them monetarily.

      She doesn’t need to act like a fucking sweet lady, I cuss n say words that wld make u cry, but that doesn’t make me a bad person or anyone for that matter a bad person. N she didn’t have to act traumatized, ur right she didn’t act, SHE WAS TRAUMATIZED!!!! That wasn’t a fucking act, that’s what’s wrong with ppl these fucking days, always assuming shit instead of maybe listening for themselves or even asking for themselves. If this happened to anyone that is 18, shit if it happened to my daughter, they wld have been traumatized, shit most kids wld have had a full blown anxiety attack n a breakdown. Instead this girl did everything the right way n afterwards probably drove off n broke down bc it’s scary to be pulled over but to be pulled over n had guns drawn n told to get on ur knees, yea I wld be losing my fucking shit also n be very fucking traumatized.
