Maybe God wanted me to see this today. Earlier I was on the verge of giving up even contemplating suicide but I don't have the guts to do it😢.
Like you, people see me as the strong one who is there for everyone but I suffer in silence. You are not alone in this and it is good to know I am not either as I can relate.
I am praying that God will heal my heart because I honestly feel like I'm about to give up.

Take it from me, Uncle Bumps. I am a long-time married man; life is not a bed of roses. But if you take the good with the bad, things will work out in the long run. Learn to prioritize. Don't put too much on your plate at once; you will be overwhelmed. Network with other like-minded people. And get help from friends, family, neighbors or professionals. And most importantly, stay focused on the big picture.

So glad you’re being transparent. It’s very hard to show up for the family and not for your self. You end up being burnt out. I’m there now physically and emotionally spent. Please show up for you . Your family sometimes don’t even realize that you’re need them to show up for you. Sometimes we need to get a person who is willing to be an accountability person for you . Keep praying.
Just talk to God he is there for you in every test there is testimony

I don’t normally comment but Liz, I feel you. This made me very emotional because I can understand how you feel. Who’s there for the strong ones? We give so much of ourselves and it often leaves us depleted but to God be the glory because he empowers and replenishes us. Stay strong..with God, there’s nothing we can’t over come. Liz i feel your pain. {Who will support the strong one) i often give to family and friends but never can find anyone to pour into my cup when it's empty. If you decide to call a friend, they sometimes downloading on you before you can speak. So you just hold your own. i have a friend who is closer than a brother or sister. I just talk to daddy jesus about what ever i am going through, sing two song to him, after that i feel refresh and revitalized. You can call on Jesus he will give your peace in the midst of the battle.

I totally can relate so i understand but i just want to share with you my experience with my son who is now 26 yrs. He was not able to say words in sentences until he was five to six years and was in speech therapy from 2yrs right through high school… as a mother i often times worried about what his future will be like yet one strong principle he had was being independent and wanting to do things by himself. He was very smart with subject like Math and science also Chemistry as a matter a fact he did advance math in high school… at 26yrs he’s now a staff Sergeant in the Marine Core, Just brought his first home and doing absolutely well. Your beautiful girls are brilliant and they will do absolutely great just a matter of time.
Weekly we often look out for your videos to get something…a smile, a word, a moment to help us (virgonation) make it through another day…without thinking about the moments you guys go through…sending prayers and love and support your way. This sounds like Bascillia 😊. Blessings to your family too. We all have our valleys but we just have to weather the storm and stand still if we can’t find the strength to move. In the interim just give it to God n depend on him cuz He said “MY STRENGTH IS MADE PERFECT IN YOUR WEAKNESS” 2Cor12. It’s not easy sometimes as wives and mothers and businesswomen all at the same time but at some point when you hold your head up we realize that God took us through and we have no idea how…. This broke me a little because you know I’m going through my struggles as well and you know me. Like you we don’t think it’s okay to burden others with the things that trouble us. But just know that when I’m at my lowest with just walls every side I turn. I always ask myself what would Liz do? The breakthrough you’re looking for is coming I believe it with every fiber of my being.
I am a speech patholgist here in the US, and I cannot explain how many parents (especially moms) share the exact same sentiments expressed.

Hang in there I'm there with you. Have to stop and think sometimes and give myself time and grace. I've always said.. to check in on the "strong ones" family and friends see me as the strong one. The one getting things together, helping with functions,mediating family friends, etc and there are times I need to be checked on, just hold the faith and try to carve out some time for you

You have a village. Don't ever question how much you do for your family. Even taking time for yourself is a pro for the family. Having been married 16+ years and having a demanding job outside of the family, I take my me time and just relax and recharge. I learned that the hard way. Rest and sabbatical is healthy. Keep working on prioritizing you. Ladies let's be the community we need.

Who is there for the person? I know that feeling. During those times I look to God,he is definitely stronger than all of us.
You can do numbers, letters and sight words on the walls. Shevles for books and the containers for toys. Continue to stay strong and pray, pray, believe, believe.
Liz, you have to be careful of overstimulation in the playroom. Think about the learning areas eg. reading, science/tactile, arts & crafts, music etc. etc. you don’t have to fit ALL the areas at once…use containers for storing.
Use play rug instead of carpeting…create a cozy corner for the reading center and then build around it.
You can use cubbyhole wall unit for toys and bookcase/ shelves for books.
I know life comes at us hard at times, however, God got you and your family.
It’s a process Liz…be kind and gentle with yourself and it will translate to your family. Speaking as a mom with special needs children. Be strong and courageous for the Lord is with you.
Please Liz take it easy we Virgo nation don’t want you to sad we love you so much when you guys going through anything we feel your pain too. We all are praying for you.

I think you should have fun and inspirational stickers on the wall. Put a low bookshelf in one corner , a play mat and two small bean bags in another corner and storage bins for their toys in another area

When i was raising my daughter i was a single mother it was so hard for me .i of to take her to day care then go to work after work i had to pick her up .sometimes i just break down and cry .i know what you are going through. Now my daughter is 18 years preparing for college. You kids will soon grow up Liz and your are going to look back on jorney and you are going to be so happy.
God's got us the strong ones. We turn to Him. Remember also you both continue to keep that open communication between each other.

We woman’s , mother’s, ladies and wives we always fall short for ourselves. We have to start to take care of ourselves, once a month get pamper, go shopping, go for a lovely meal with friends. Liz I clearly understood how you feel. It’s good to speak out how we feel so that we don’t feel like the world is crumbling down on us. Just keep pressing on and don’t let these issues break you. Keep smiling and know that you and your family is loved.

After church on Sabbath I had a prayer meeting to address me...I am tired of my roller coaster....so I called in for backup through prayer...God loves it when we stop trying to be in control and let go by "Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you." 1 Peter 5:7....Your sharing, your honesty is a blessing for us all female and male. I have been upset with myself for not being obedient to God in not allowing myself to heal through taking time away after losing my job, followed by by diagnosis with stage 1 cancer, surgery, healing then covid in that time I came across your youtube channel. I found you to both to be real and not trying to win over your audience with a life that does not represent your individualities. In closing, Much prayer, much power....BLESSINGS TO ALL!

"Humble Crew Supersized Wood Toy Storage Organizer, Extra Large, Grey/White"
I wish i could post a pic.the kids can have easy access to choose what they want.
Also itllbe great to do large play mat so they can lay down and read and also play on the mat.
With these baskets it saves space.

Liz, the very same way that you are talking to us through the camera, that's the very same way that I talk to God. Sometime I feel He is far away and not listening. I tell him just that "God you feel far away". I remember that I cannot trust my feelings only. I go to and try to trust His Word. I repeat the appropriate scripture for the situation and ask Him to help me to trust Him more and to know and walk in His will more. Recently I was depressed. I owned it, was able to identify the root cause and have placed it squarely before Him. I cannot solve the problem. I have received His Peace. He has promised to hear and to answer. I pray, count my blessings, share them & praise while I wait. My spouse and I love and admire you and your family. You are in our prayers.
Hello to the virgos, Phil 3: 15 I can do all things through Christ who gives you strength, take courage and take it one day at a time. As you were saying about the girls room I think you should put the huge decorative mats that has the ABC& and numbers, and put their little tables and chairs to do there home work and chark board.and the wall could stay white and do a little decorative stuff on the wall to make feel homely.
I actually just drop my son off at speech therapy before turning on this episode. I was just saying how hard it was to work and juggle therapy with my son between his school and my work. You just acknowledging the struggle just touched my heart . Thank you for being so transparent and acknowledging that some days are hard. Thank you Thank you . Hi how long have you been working and how old is your son? Do you have help at home with him? I have a now 2 year old but I do not work now. I am home with him and daddy works but we have no relatives at all around. He has a sister but she's not really close by and my baby has assessment next month as he just turn 2. I am seeking hope to see if I will ever work again.
@venessaphilips4542 my son was diagnosed when he was 5. I had a family friend who is very close to me who watch him while I worked as therapy for him was costly so I had to work in order for him to start intensive speech therapy. He is now 14 and does ABA therapy 3 times a week. I also now work from home since the pandemic which helps alot.

Even though we haven't met before but I know how hard it can be and how important it is to get help. Give your son a big hug for me as well and I am happy he has come this far. This video was so emotional for me , I always ask that question , when your the strong one who do you turn to? God ! that's the answer . it's interesting to see how we women always wants to give back . We just need to start because there will never be a right time. Liz remember it's ok to take a break and restart. One thing , Liz clean !!!!!!!!!!!!. Azans have large play mats that you can use on the floor , book shelves is a must or you can make shelves on the wall. It's Christmas season, so the donating the toys would bring joy on children's face . Virgonation loves this family and we understand as we all have our low moments but the important thing is to never give up and keep pressing on. ❤❤❤❤

This is such a harsh reality. I just ended a call expressing to someone how difficult it is and how defeated I am feeling being a parent and trying to reach my son because being an involved parent is so tough but we continue to push through as each day will get better just be consistently consistent.

Honestly that's how I feel more time like I am suffering I have no one to turn to but God and my mom to take care of your family sometime its very hard you don't even have time for you. As a single mother with 4 kids and have to work out that's even harder I pray for help most day but I believe one day thing will work itself out by the grace of God

The strong people turn to God, because God is the source of our everything, and he will send help and people from Darius places only if we trust and believe in he I haven’t been watching you guys for a long time, but for the short period that I’ve been watching, I can say truly love you guys and I know that God will always be there for you because you’re a good person❤🙌

I had to take care of my Mom who had alzheimers as well as my little one being diagnosed with Autism.
I had to take care of her and take my son to speech and Occupational therapy.
I almost had a heart attack.
My mom passed and I had to take time for me, whether a massage, a meditative moment , a happy hour etc.
It's got better and still a work in progress.
It's not easy being a woman I take it day-by-day.
As so should you.
I am the strong friend and always expected to be there for them and no one asks how am I.

Liz you being transparent is a blessing this morning, majority female can relate, it's life on a whole we have to keep pushing and even though we show up for everyone else we must show up for us, the strong has no one which is extremely exhausting but i've realized it's just life. We stand with you and the Virgo family ❤Love you guys!
Thank you for sharing Liz. Yes we do have our days that we have to put on the best foot forward and really we laugh and smile through whatever we going through just to keep the energy around us positive so that others can feel that positivity and not what we are dealing with when the doors are closed on the outside. Keep pushing and keep going because every problem always have a solution. Let us continue to accept the things we cannot control by trying to changing it. I for one definitely had to learn to let go and let God. We appreciate you Virgos, we are continuously praying for you both and that whatever it is, God will see you both through. My spouse and I are going 33 years yesterday and it wasn't easy, especially with communication, but we learn to communicate eventually, with time, but the love is stronger more than ever as we grow older.
