Hey guys! for everyone asking for more details on the setup. I will be making another video going into detail on the setup and how I built it. Expect a video early to mid August!! Cheers
I've been scanning the roads for cars that might make great campers and I pulled up next to one of these today. Immediately looked it up, and I was thinking "No way I can afford one of these - that thing looks amazing I bet they're like $30k" and omfg you can pick up a 2012 model with 50-60k km's for around $10-12k. I think I'm in love with this car 😂 I just put up a video on my channel about how I'm living out of my '07 Mazda 3 if anyone wants to check that out. It gets the job done but maaaaaan.. Jeep Patriot. That's an exciting goal to have. Thanks for sharing the build!
If you move your front seats all the way back and then you can fold the back part down all the way and move your seats forward again and you gain extra room to sleep. I hope this helps. I have done this with my passenger front seat in my 2010 Patriot. I haven't tried my drivers seat but should work the same if you have steering wheel up all the way.
Hey Jake, When are you planning on making a video of how you made it. I am looking to buy a patriot and I really like what you did and would like to try it personally. So if you could, Please make a video of how you made this. Thanks
