70% of my wardrobe is Costco. Affordable and great quality. I buy myself a lot of mens zip ups and sweat pants from there too because pockets. And i have long arms haha
An XL is usually a 14/16, so an XXL is an 18/20. You'd probably be between an L or XL in most clothing, but unlikely an XXL (speaking as a fellow 12/14 sized woman).
Yes, that confused me so much at the beginning because 12/14 is usually considered a L in standard clothing sizes. Obviously with variation but yeah XXL would definitely not fit her if she’s usually a 12/14.
For future shopping at Target, when you are in the store you can open the app and there should be a barcode image in the main search bar and if you click that you can scan any tag/barcode of the item in the store and it will pull up the item on the site. You can see the size chart then along with the price!
Would love to see you try those what not to wear styles... So many things we get told aren't for us, would be interesting to see if it opens up options to go against the guidance!
The town I grew up in did not have any Target stores, so I have fond memories of shopping in their clothing section when I would go to visit my grandparents because my Mom loved their kids clothes too! Now I leave near a Target and so still like their clothes - I seek out these brands when I’m at the thrift shops too. (;
5:04 I *know* that you're saying you hate the low-rise pants and you don't think it flatters your body shape, but to ME, it's SO flattering and I think you look INCREDIBLY HOT!!!! Especially that angle and where the shirt is hitting on your body in that shot?! You look like Britney Spears or Christina Aguilera in the 90's-early 2000's! Like quite literally the pictures I would see in magazines as a kid and WISH I was old enough to wear. I hope you don't mind me gassing you up so much, you're just stunning!!
I absolutely LOVE the A New Day brand. I have so many pants and tops from them, and a couple skirts and dresses. They are so, so durable compared to most other clothes in the same price range. Universal Thread and Wild Fable are hit or miss for me, in both fit and quality.
Had to laugh at the call back to what not to wear and those pants were giving me Jack Skeleton vibes 😂 hope you enjoy your time and looking forward to future content ❤
Couple of stores I’d suggest: Zara, Mango, J Crew and Ann Taylor! As a 12/14/16 size lady, a shocking number of my clothes are from Ann Taylor and their Factory stores. Jeans come in straight and curvy cuts. Cute skirts and dresses that actually cover my butt!
I'm a 28W/30W ... so I can't stand when brands call themselves "completely size-inclusive" if they don't go up to a 30W (since there are a lot of people who are bigger than me).
Love the series ❤ would prefer if you could try on cloths you personally gravitate towards, that could work for you. Rather than trying to represent what the store generally offers.
I tried on that exact skirt and the large was wayyy too big on me when it's what I usually wear. Even the medium was roomier than I'd like. Like 90% of the clothes I tried on ran multiple sizes too large. I wonder what's going on with Target sizing, it makes no sense!!
That’s interesting. I grew up in a small town and the target closest to us growing up looked exactly like the target I go to now on the other side of the country. I assumed they all looked the same.
I know you used to work in a corporate vibe - you should do a video of trying on clothes/outfits you would wear if you were working in an office
If you have a Kohl’s near you, you should do a try in there. Lots of different brands!
They have stepped up their game!! Went in for the first time over the summer after maybe 3-5yrs and was shocked!! I’m a kohl’s fan now
Putting a size chart up on the racks is a great idea. I usually end up grabbing 2 sizes in everything
I'd love to see you try Costco's clothes! I've been pretty impressed with their casual wear lately

i don’t think costco / sam’s have dressing rooms 🤔
@@Samanthacandace true
@@Samanthacandace they do not, but they normally have a really easy return policy because of that
And their kids clothes are cute too

Okay but who else misses Merona?!? 😭
Such a fun video! ❤
Ugh yes!
Tbt!!!
The jumpsuit was FIRE on you!
This is why I love Uniqlo; they list the measurements for that size on the tag of each clothing piece
A new day is definitely my favorite brand at target! I loveeee their slim fit ribbed tanks, tshirts, and long sleeves!

I also like Knox Rose at Target.
Target’s app has a scanner it will pull up the item of clothing and the size chart is usually listed. Loved this video! Thanks!! ❤
Hm interesting. I’ll have to try this!

That size chart idea is brilliant, I’d love to see that in stores!
Or like a QR code with the size chart or something!

I feel like with a lot of target clothes are ALMOST perfect 😅 I would love to see the target activewear
Love your dressing room vlogs!
I absolutely understand low rise jeans being uncomfy, I hate them but RACHEL THEY LOOK SO GOOD ON YOU😍🥵
They really do! So fab 🔥
Aww thank you!

Love this vlog! I used to be obsessed with Target clothes but honestly have not loved anything from them the last 3 years!
Girl I love this hair color on u ❤❤ ur radiating
I absolutely love the way that you do the videos! Especially when something doesn't fit you make the effort to try on the size if it is avaliable.
Love the jumpsuit!!❤ adorable on you
dang, i haven't lived near a target in 12 years... 😅 but i agree with you: we NEED size charts in stores!!
A 14 is def not an XXL
12/14 is generally a large
16/18 is XL
I’m a typically 14/16 for example so I bounce between large and XL
There’s a lot of variation in this because this correlation has definitely not always been my experience at all 😂
Committed to the video! Returning to try pieces again girl! I appreciate the dedication ❤
Yay!!! So glad you’re back!!! Hope your break was everything you needed!!! So excited for this target video!!! 💕💜💖
Been patiently waiting for your next vlog! Love the try ons❤
I know they’re problematic but I’d love an Amazon clothes haul! It’s so convenient and they have SO much but the quality is all over the map

I personally take a measuring tape with me when I shop saves me a lot time
An XXL is usually around an 18.
Ya, I was going to say... I'm more of a US size 16 and I typically go for XL (or sometimes XXL).
Wild Fable is part of the junior’s section. 😊

I never have any luck finding clothes at Target! Might just be my Target.. :(

lol when I was doing that I got a ton of comments asking me to try on stuff I wouldn’t wear 🙃🫠 oh well
@@RachelRambles impossible to please everyone 🤣 (and you shouldn't try to).
Early! Love your try ons!

The skirt sizing is so confusing. I fit into an XS last time I tried a wild fable skirt on and let me tell you, I have an under 1yo - I am not an XS 😂
Sizing feels almost arbitrary lol
Pretty sure every Canadian wants to be American SOLEY to have Target (And Trader Joes)
Can confirm
Oof those 2 would be hard to live without
I tried those pants too! And it also did something weird for me in the crotch as well
My small town target does not look that nice! lol 😢
That’s interesting. I grew up in a small town and the target closest to us growing up looked exactly like the target I go to now on the other side of the country. I assumed they all looked the same.
Goooooooooooood Morning 📢
Fun 😊
I've been trying to find a crop top but they always go under my boobs for plus size and big breast
In my experience XXL is an 18 whereas XL is a 16 and 14 is a L.
Wth are we doing with cargo pockets on skirts! Ay yai yai
these try ons are getting repetitive :(
will continue to watch bc i 🤍 rachel but yeah
