im a bit confused, cant the chars would like to run dragons fury over persona just go holy orders and then have both? its 2fc so you're probably not getting dragon scale but there are lots of options for cheap amp arms
its mainly for build efficiency! im comparing them directly and assuming that you wont naturally gain another free fc with it, because if it was that easy to generate extra FCs, dragon fury and dscale would already be automatically included in more builds ofc, you could easily go by what you just said, and if your team somehow comes across 2 excess FCs from bear respawns and omega, then theres no problem with going dfury, holy orders, and dscale. its just entirely an accessibility (and decomp op) optimization
