These SUV's deserved muffler deletes. I did mine a month ago. Sounds WAY better, not too much drone and sounds more mature for a v6. Ford idiots needed to bring the v8 to these models. Kinda want to do a swap
While I agree that these sound great, I don’t think people would buy the v8 version or if there would even be a way to fit one in the chassis. Now they should have included an ecoboost v6 version of this generation, that thing would have really scooted like the newer 2.7
No ecoboost just the regular 3.5 and all did was the rear muffler delete. Still had the cats and resonator on it. I wanted to take it off to make it a little louder but didn’t get the time to before I sold it.

I got it off of eBay. But I didn’t go with the cheapest one I saw I paid a think 150-180 for this one and it was very easy to put in.
Which muffler did you take off
I did a rear muffler delete on it and has to make my own duals for it. This model didn’t come with the y pipe in the back

I just went onto eBay and typed in the year of the edge and motor it had An shopped around a little bit I think I paid about $147 for for the cold air

The EgoBoost cannot make a good sound, all It can do is make a Honda tinny, raspy sound. If you want sport sound you have to get A V pushrod engine.

There is a little bit but not a lot to were you have to be yelling to talk to the person next to you.
