As a kid that Vorvon terrified me. But Wilma in that spandex...dear Lord
Me too, only I was 29.
How they squeezed Erin Grey into those costumes will forever amaze me!
Not going to lie, I watched the show because of Wilma.
@BootFetish4Ever Well, we can't say that we haven't seen the dark side of Wilma.
Same 👍🙂
Who didn't? Them spandex pants were hard to resist!

That silver medalion that Buck uses to ward off the vampires was the same thing Adama wore in Battlestar Galactica
Nice observation
I always wondered if they really thought no one would notice. Both shows shared an audience
@@Bethihearyoucalling Buck Rogers' ships were also for Galactica. Much of the set, hallways, etc... It didn't make sense for the same producer to reinvent everything. And money of course.
@gmansi also the ship that collided with the station was a re-used model from Battlestar Galactica.
@@joelellis7035 Thanks for the info!
When I was a kid I watched this show religiously. When I saw this particular episode it scared the hell out of me. It became my favorite episode. So much i familiarized myself with the chronological order of reruns to know when it would air again! 😂
It was awesome watching this as a kid ,I loved my little buck Rogers space fighter toy 🤟 and tweety was one of the best robots 🤖 on TV 📺
Scared me too. The scariest part was that our heroine, Wilma was turned evil.
Sounds like the origin story of a card counter in vegas
@@ronmwangaguhunga9435 man if I knew how to do that…I sure as hell wouldn’t be sitting here broke! 😆
This episode freaked me out back when it first came out.
Erin 's best episode on this series. Low bar I know.
🤣🤣
My favorite episode, scared the crap out of me as a kid. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I think the space station was an unused miniature from Battlestar Galactica.
When Wilma said that she drained them and it felt good, it fueled my imagination for a long time.
😁
LOL i think she "drained" us all at some point in time, from younger to older...
@@Realmasterorderjust what I was going to say 😂😂😂😂

Space Spandex!
This gave me nightmares as a young kid. I was so worried for Wilma - lol
Something about possessed Wilma umm Stirred? something inside my young self
I’m just here for Wilma…
This is my Top 3 favorite Buck Rogers episodes. Loved this show since Day 1, even the disappointing 2nd Season.
And number 1 and 2?
@@gmansi Planet of the Slave Girls and Any of the Ardala episodes (You can't pick one). Honorable Mentions: The Hand of the Goral and The Guardians.
@@YolandaAnneBrown95726 Great selection!
Can't blame the vampire to pick up the hottest girl of the series.
Boy this scared me as a 7 year old, I had to switch back to Dr Who.
🤣
Loved this episode Loved Wilma when i was young and still love her now
I’d like to see a more updated version of this particular episode. The concept is there…just needs the right method of execution! This or have a Star Wars show based off the Blackwing infection! You know…the chemical that created a zombie outbreak amongst stormtroopers reshaping them into “Death Troopers”! Created by Darth Drear and experimented with another 1000 years later by Darth Scabrous. The only problem is I know Disney will butcher the fuck out of a potentially great segment!
I wrote a Star Trek episode where the Enterprise was slowly being taken over by vampires. In the end Kirk and Spock were the only ones who weren't vampires and they were surrounded in the hanger bay, stuck in the Galileo. Kirk realized the whole crew was there in the hanger bay and all he had to do was open up the door and the crew would be sucked out into space. He used the emergency hatch on top of the Galileo and used a phaser on stun to hit the emergency release button and that opened the hanger door. After they were all sucked out. Kirk was able to hit the button again to close it.
@@trhansen3244 I never really kept up on Star Trek. Did this ever air or anything ever become of it?
Get twiki some maintenance? I have a feeling given this episode, he has wholly missed out! 🤣
Great at the time but my goodness it looks rubbish now....😅😅
Hmm...wilma or wonder woman? Which was the hottest?.
The Vauhgner group leader looking for new recruits.
I have a feeling the producers stole some of the makeup ideas from Salem's Lot for this space vampire. Damn scary.
Or it could have been the other way around. It's hard to say for sure.
That space vamp needs his mono brow waxed....serious waxed....
No their not vampires they are Borg that’s not vampire fangs as teeth that’s taisers each carrying 1000 volts per fang
I don’t remember this episode either because it scared the 💩 out of 10 year old me or it was as bad as it looks.
Me watch series blu ray. Good series. Fun. Not bad. You ten year old you bad taste have.
So wanted the vampire to bite her neck and elsewhere for that matter , 😏😏 instead we get him putting his fingers on her, completely disappointed great potential episode falls flat
@nightfangs2910 I do understand where you are coming from. I have watched a few vampire films myself. You need to remember that this is the 25th Century and this is a cleaner way for the Vorvon to drain the souls of his victims. Especially Wilma.
@@wonderwoman5732 prime time show don't want kids to be scared of Voryon coming to drink them.
@@michaelnewton5873Also remember that this was a network show back in the 1970s. They were still not keen on showing explicit violence back then. Thus, laser guns that stunned people and karate chops that knocked out bad guys were kind of the order of the day. All violence tended to be implied and kept off screen, especially death and serious injury.
