I did IMI's "Lose 4'' in 10 days". Took me 14 days, cuz I skipped a few days, But I lost 3.75 '' off my waist! The massages are super helpful, too. They relieve the shoulder pain and stiffness I get from exercising. The leg and foot massages have helped me, too...hips, calves, and shoulders feel loose as a jellyfish...I never knew I cd feel this wonderful again!

@@eo4kids442 One time per day...10 min is the length in the video. The answer's in my comment..."LOSE 4" IN 10 DAYS". Look for "IMI's Bigan Yoga". BTW, I'm almost 70. I do lots of IMI videos...maybe 5 per day...Some b4 brunch, some before I eat again/

For accountability purposes, I will take and post a 14 days challenge
I started at 37 inches on the lower tummy (My baby is 9 months so it's kinda a mummy tummy) and I am 84.0 kgs
Day 1-✅It was hard and my back really did hurt
Day 2-✅ Got easy and didn't hurt as much but the moves didn't have a rhythm😅
Day 3-✅ Better rhythm and time passed faster
Day 4- ✅ I am catching up nicely 😘
Day 5-

@ Mysha Dhringra greetings. Start making broths/soups with those healthy ayurvedic herbs, plants, beans & add your proteins. Drinking the broths will build your body back after having those children. Do your best not to restrict foods to lose weight, but be aware how much & when you eat.

Atomic habits s ye to pata chal Gaya tha k result ka wait krne s kuchh nhi hoga habit banana hai.....I exactly don't know when I started this may be 5 th June and doing it daily...I never measured is it working or not and just blindly followed. Today on 25 th june in morning when I saw my belly in mirror it was comparitively flat..ab koi bolega k morning m to flat hi rahta....bt I have seen it before this time it looked different...again I m not gonna measure until I see difference in the mirror ....roj majboori m krti thi aj khush hokr workout Kia...hope this might help u

@@miaporche2256 - greetings. Try doing the ballet plie positions in segments of 10 5 x & build up higher. Slowly add squats & remember to flex your your body daily-start on your bed. Doing nightly calf & leg massages. It works, slow & steady. Do in small sets throughout the day it goes quickly. As you become comfortable slowly add in knee raises towards your elbows. Gradually lift your elbows until straight (parallel to floor & raise knees towards elbows) remember you can shift your arm position from in front of your body until opening arms to form a "v".

Guys so i will share my feelings actually when i started doing it i was tired and i did it likd 3 times a day with hwr more workout of 4mins i did that only one time and qhen it was done i am feeling so light weight ❤❤

I have 2 herniated discs and a ruptured disc in my lower back. I take it slow and do it 5 min intervals. I get a work out with no discomfort. I hope to increase in time.
