I'll be doing a lot of hanging out, "chilling" time there when I am getting to know the "lay of the land". Don't want to be the stereotypical tourist in rushing to or wanting to see all the attractions and points of interest. Even if I wanted to, can't because of physical limitations and most of all, the age factor. It's all about the R&R (Rest and Relaxation) is why I wanted to make the trip in the first place. All of your videos, and those from other vloggers, Thai Girl Gift & Foreigner Joe, Chocolate Man in Thailand and many others helped to reinforce my ultimate decision. Thank you so much. Just a thought, I'd bet the management that chose to commit staff and resources to stuff like daily cleaning of the sand and water on and around their property, would love to hear your input. Just as much as lose that don't do much?

Hey Chuck and Paige, it looks beautiful where you are. I'm stuck in Arkansas now. Not scheduled to come back to Thailand until August 10th. I'm gonna try to get everything done here so I can cut it short and return in July. You guys enjoy the islands for me too. Lol

The rain adds a different dimension to the look and I guess feel of the resort. One of complete freshness and relaxation. Wonderful place to chill out and rejuvenate the batteries. A really cool place. Bushyboy Oz
Rainy season brings in trash from Sri Lanka, Bangaladesh, and India, as the wind and ocean currents shift. Cheaper to pay labor to sweep with funny brooms than to buy gas to power noisy blowers or battery powered blowers which need expensive electricity to charge up. We see efficiency they do not. have fun.
Guys, as cliché as it is, you are living the dream. I retire end this month and we are heading to Thailand again February '25. So half living the dream i guess. Thanks guys.
I've noticed Thai breakfasts always look more like lunch/dinner, not so much breakfast. Of course breakfast is different around the world. Europe tend to do the whole charcuterie boards, cheeses, eggs, porridge, fruits. Latin America incorporates beans & fruits into their breakfast. However, I think America does breakfast the best. I like a light breakfast: a simple egg(s), slice of toast/bagel, half avocado, 2 pc bacon, fruit- if I opt to even eat breakfast. Y'all's looks good, but seems super heavy.
