Stolen Elephant - Superman Visits Johnny

In "The Stolen Elephant" crooks steal a baby elephant and hold it for ransom at an "abandoned" farm. When Johnny Wilson finds it there, he first thinks it's a birthday gift from his mom. After realizing his mistake, Johnny calls Clark Kent for help. This is a fun episode featuring Greg Moffett as Johnny and Eve McVeagh as his mother. Greg Moffett appeared in several movies and TV shows of the 50s, and I'm happy to say he and his wife are, today, friends of mine. Eve McVeagh was also a familiar face on television from the 50s through the 80s. I lived on a farm in the 50s... and I could only dream of Superman paying me a visit. And I did!
