The CrossFit Games is just about three weeks a way! So far we have three workouts announced. I'll break down what we know so far.

Love the breakdown thanks for that. As for the lives. You’d have to do it a week out , promote it on your IG then go live and afterwards still post about it so others can watch it if they missed it. Just my .02

I believe there is 7 lanes at the Farrington Fields Track. So there will be a MAX of 7 people per heat on Friday night. FYI 🙂

Yes they have! But they also used to broadcast all of regionals/semifinals..don’t want to over promise in case they decide to do it in a recap format like event 1 at semis this year.
