Sure! I think 4.0 is better.much more power. and well controlled.
but I don't buy 4.0.maybe you could make one and put 4.9 kit on it.

@@usmandogar5946 Well,the most expensive part is powerup 3.0 kit.Others are very cheap.You could use a A3 paper sheet,and some small plastic tube.cost you less than 1 dollar.
