I really like to see Anna and Cas being compared. Cas was right when he told her that he was nothing like her; because Anna was an angel who longed to feel, while Cas is an angel who can't help but feel. Then there is Jimmy, I mean, I feel so sorry for him, he was an incredible father, a loving husband, he had a life and lost everything; That's why my heart sinks every time I see Claire telling Cas that she prayed every night to bring her father safely home. That breaks my heart, as I'm sure, Cas's heart broke every night when he heard her edit: I actually made a mistake in saying that angels don't feel, angels can feel, all of them, they have shown throughout the series (envy, hate, admiration, ambition and even love), what they don't have is free will. Cas has it

Wow. I just rewatched season 10 and having Sam blame him for his ‘elbow’ the one time Cas didn’t blame himself and Sam blamed him. He’s dying without grace and his ‘family’ doesn’t care, he’s alone, but not even alone in trying to save himself. Oh no he’s too busy trying to save Dean, and as much as they say that he’s family, they definitely don’t prove it when it’s needed. Not when he human, not when he is dying, not when he faced Metatron, no they only help him when it also involves the Winchesters or humans.
Your video has struck me to the heart! I love so much Castiel, a character so beautiful and who suffered so much for love and protect humans. His weakness is also his strength

Castiel is such an complex and well written character. You can really understand his struggle and feel his pain, which is something amazing when it comes to fictional characters. I just started watching supernatural again after 3 years away from the show, and I had almost forgot how much I love Cas :')
AND this video truly does justice to the complexity and brilliance of Castiel's character and his development over the years into the Cas we know and love, something that even the spn writers sometimes fail to do (recently)
