The last song alone, Black Waves is a Masterpiece. I discovered this jewel here, as many others. I purchased the album because there is no excuse for not doing it if you like what you hear. And I cannot get enough of listening to it. To me it has some Watain + Taake +... to it, but it is definitely unique.
I was looking for more Svartskog albums after enjoying Pagan land from Svartskog & Kiborg, decided to click on this anyways and it really didn't disappoint. Wow.
clicked on it during the premiere, and heard 5 seconds of the last song, and immediately thought: "this is good shit!" edit: wait. I just read that this is a one man band. If that is the case, this person is truly gifted.
@@dennishuffman785 I can barely plat the guitar, and then there are people who create brilliant stuff like this on their own. I don't understand why these people are so underrated.
I'm self-conscious about what some of my co-workers may think of my music, but today I don't give a fuck. I'm blasting this on my lunch break and I don't care who hears it.
@@arturgrzenkowicz5750 It's a distortion pedal from Boss that creates that chainsaw sound. Check out the song Epitome by Death by Entrails for a prime example of how it sounds.
I know people are calling this black metal but it sounds like Swedish Melodic Death Metal with HM2 Sunlight studios sound and black metal tremolo riffing. Even the vocals have more of growl style. It does not really matter cause this is some awesome Extreme Metal!!! Great music.

Clearly one of my favourite Black metal bands. So good!!!
I was looking for a book of the same title as the band, but I’ll happily take this instead.
That guitar tone..... Unholy Fuck!! Wow this rips! Phenomenal album! Slammin Brutal Black Metal, what a concept!

@Jessica Moore but then again: 1 man or 5 man band, this music is fucking amazing.
One man bands do not have to compromise in creative, artistic manner with anybody!
Damn, this is such a foking masterpiece, it sounds great, heavy, groovy, excelent production, shit, thanks Blayne from bangerz, shits crazy

What is HM2?
@@arturgrzenkowicz5750 Boss HM2 distortion pedal. Has a really unique sound

@@turaly0n I've always wondered how they get that chainsaw sound. Like the band Dismember has a lot of that.
I freakin love Svartkonst 🔥🤘🏻

Svartkonst plays Blackened Death Metal.

So intense and dark. This album has many Doom Metal overtones making it unique! Thanks Black Metal Promotion 🤘🤘

I'm not a huge fan of Black Metal, but this is damn nice. Thanks for the upload.
Its nice but its not black metal. The guy calls it blackened death metal himself.

excellent titles but I have a problem with this production which is too clean for me. the battery is too far forward.
OMS as Oh My Satan :) Great album !
I think it’s called Deathened black metal for those who are hearing the HM2 and death metal influences.
The guy calls it blackened death metal himself.
in Finland it's just pläkkisdödis.
Buen Album. y darte tu tiempo en subirlo.
Lo otro es que ya te marca las pistas con el nombre y el tiempo buena mierda por eso.

hohl
Too heavy if you are not smoking on the side
The HM2 trend is gross. Good album musically but that guitar tone is atrocious.
