Marrakech is at the top of my favorite places I've ever been! Food and people are INCREDIBLE!! That crepe with amlou, tangia, olives, dried and fresh frutis, mint tea, 35 spice was all crack!!!! Also that Semolina cake!!! Man oh man I CANNOT wait to go back!

My country is really incredibly beautiful. Great knowledgeable hosts (I love how all the shop owners speak fluent english french spanish you name it !), the most fresh and delicious foods, cleanest streets and hearts.
There is not a single meal there I wouldn't try! It all looks absolutely amazing. And the family cooked meal was beautiful. What a wonderful tour, and thank you for taking us along.

I remember landing in Essuoira quite late to go to Bir Jdid and i barely had any time to see the place. Inshallah another time i will come spend time there. Pastilla is Moroccan dish not North african and you will not find it in other countries in north africa and don't believe Wikipedia because anyone can write whatever he wants on it and i can also write that the origin of Pizza is Moroccan if i want that but there are very old books who talked about pastila and said it is Moroccan and not North African for example the old book " fadalat Al khwan fi taib Al-taam wa al alwan " which was written in the 13th century and described its recipe. And there are also other books.

Morocco is such a beautiful country and above all that is the people. Im libyan born and i have been to Morocco over 15 times. I remember landing in Essuoira quite late to go to Bir Jdid and i barely had any time to see the place. Inshallah another time i will come spend time there. I love the country so much and you maoe the best espresso ❤

Pastilla is Moroccan dish not North african and you will not find it in other countries in north africa and don't believe Wikipedia because anyone can write whatever he wants on it and i can also write that the origin of Pizza is Moroccan if i want that but there are very old books who talked about pastila and said it is Moroccan and not North African for example the old book " fadalat Al khwan fi taib Al-taam wa al alwan " which was written in the 13th century and described its recipe. And there are also other books.

i havebeen in morocco.. best food is on smal dinners.. tagine or kefta
