Completing a Guinea Pig Paradise: DIY Indoor Grass Field (Part 4) | GuineaDad

GuineaDad here with the fourth part of our DIY Indoor Grass Field. In this episode, we're finally going to start testing the water pump for the hydroponics system! For those who don't know, hydroponics is a method of growing plants without the use of soil. We went and waterproofed the wooden tabletop before connecting the water pump and testing if the water manages to get pumped up into the tray and then drained back down into the big container. We had some issues with getting the right water level and the smaller trays, but solved them after some tweaking. After we got everything running smoothly, it was time to soak the seeds and add the coco coir! Once all the components were ready, we brought everything to the office where we finally set the system up. Unfortunately... we ran into another problem... Sigh.
