Kalim is a get place to head for if you're looking for Thai street food and want to enjoy eating right next to the sea. Here you will find many different vendors selling all types of food, especially in the evening time, lots of Thai people make their way here after work to sit and enjoy food with their friends right next to the coastline.
Kalim offers beautiful views across the bay of Patong making it a great place to come and chill for an hour or two.
Kalim is filled with Hotels & restaurants and is situated only a few minutes away from the main area of Patong so ideal if you prefer not to stay in the main centre of Patong.
So go grab yourself a drink and enjoy me as we walk around this area known as Kalim.

We stayed at the Oceanfront Beach Resort and Spa just north of this street food market in Kalim. We ate almost every night from them. We stayed December 2019. Excellent Hotel which opened just before we stayed there. Can’t wait to get back.

I was meant to be there in Feb this year but covid put paid to that holiday plan.I was staying at the Andamantra which you can see the sign for at the end of your vlog.Was really looking forward to visiting the street food vendors there,drove past so many times going into Patong I wanted to stay in a real local area.Keep up the great work Tony

Diamond cliff rooms are good just don't get laundry done in house and check your bill for mini bar and room service
