Finally, a "F2P" team that does not involve any ☆5 character from any banner wish, and I give like for that as well.
Context: There are a lot of videos/guides that are labelled "F2P", but most of them (if not all) have one or two ☆5 characters in their team, some even have character in limited banner. Their argument is that you can save up pulls so the build is still technically "free". But to me that "free" is not actually free because what if I didn't or couldn't pull in that banner.
I’m glad my efforts don’t go unappreciated! Me and SunWei hate the whole “yeah so here’s super ez f2p w/ zhongli, xingqiu, bennett, and heizou, here’s a quick cut of the moves and then spam ult and one shot boss ok byeee like and sub” garbo. Unfortunately they get the most views but we make guides for y’all who had to click off of those to begin with and are searching for more realistic ones
Yeah, and your guides not only prove the point that starting characters (or characters that we can get for free) can kill a boss, but also really useful for players who only have these starting characters (for whatever reason)

I was going to comment that maybe you could lower the music a little bit because it's hard to hear you, until I realized it was MY music from the game that I had forgotten to mute after alt tabbing. 🤣
I can't even explain how dumb i feel, i dont have any fontaine character built, so naturally when fighting it i didnt bring any, later i get frustrated dying over and over to the shadow, not knowing that "interrupting" its attack with pneumia or ousia would break its shield, I really appreciate the video though

Also imo purple guy (HOR HOR HORHOR HOR HOR HORHOR HOR HOR) is the most fun part of the weekly- if you're feeling baller and decide to go up close he's super satisfying to dodge. Just gotta learn when to expect a delay swing and when he does the instant overhead
First time I fought it I didn't know ANYTHING and beat it in one cycle and I don't know how now
It’s pretty lenient and forgiving, given you didn’t get hit every time you walked somewhere. Congrats.
So the main thing to get away from this video is that, furina is cute 😅
And then there's me who came back to genshin after getting caught up in sims for a while...was like oh yay! Lets do the last part of the archon quest...without any pneuma or ousia aligned characters. 😂 i have them just havent leveled them up.

I still am not sure how to do the pneuma/ousia attack. I use Fontaine characters, but do I do a charged attack or elemental skill? Kind of confused on how if works without using the opposing balls of light.
Each character will have their own way of doing it, and don’t forget that every Ousia/Pneuma attack has a cooldown. For example, the ends of Lynette/Neuv/HydroTrav/Navia/Chev’s skills will drop a Fontaine aligned attack, it’s that burst of either gold or purple. Lyney’s attack comes from a fully charged bow attack, Charlotte’s comes from a charged attack, Wrio’s comes from his burst, and so on. You’ll know the attack is ready if your character sparkles or emits a purple glow.

All characters will have this little glow. Ousia characters have this purple sludge looking flash, and all Pneuma units will flash this sort of spark
Well, no can do I guess. I tried with one of my low level Fontain characters, Chevreuse, and she died with one hit. Then tried with Hydro traveler and used my E.Skill on the orb which did nothing to the electro guy's shield, tried regular attack...which did nothing... until I ran out of stamina and died, again. I did this once before, but don't recal how... I think I loaded up with shields and spammed attacks. ok, just did it, I used Thome, Layla, Xinyan and Hydro Traveler armed with Lv. 20 Sword of Narzissenkreuz. I just tried to have 2 shields up all the time and attacked constantly, and usied Traveler only against the elector orb.
If you’re talking about the “orb” my Lynette was destroying, the Fontaine-aligned attack for Hydro Traveler only happens at the end of their attack, so you’ll need to press, not hold and squirt the water gun. I knew players would make this mistake and not understand what went wrong, which was why I used Lynette. As for you dying, the issue is in your comment-seems like they just aren’t built.
Sure, my fontaine characters are not build... but what of my success using hydro traveler, was it his E.skill or the fontainian sword that was the... special sauce?
You quite literally can't use the Sword of Narzissenkreuz's special effect if you have Hydro Traveler. It says so on the weapon description. Its special effect of hitting ousia/pneuma on a normal/charged/plunging attack is only triggerable on non-fontaine characters (or hydro traveler). It's the quick-press E (skill) that releases the Fontaine-aligned attack (arkhe).
No wonder why he looked kinda plump and fat in the splash art and boss fight, he is canonically overweight😂😂
only anemo element can break the blackhole? can i use venti?
It’s not the element that breaks the black hole, it’s a pneuma/ousia attack, the game gives you a gameplay tip as to how to break them properly

No, I’m not sure where people are getting this but I brought Lynette for the Ousia attack, not because she’s Anemo.
I agree on Furina. I disliked her heterochromia from the first moment I saw her and found it off-putting.
Just watching her face made me cringe. But after I learned about her past (and present), she became one of the characters I felt most attached to.
Buuut, back to the topic at hand.

I provided a literal entire list of units at 1:18 on the left side of the screen. Check if you have them lol
As long as your unit has a fontaine-specific aligned attack, it'll work, though some better than others.
