I am a 7.5W in CT foundation and I also bought the Tan during the presale. I'm placing an order for Medium ASAP because I have a pretty heavy hand when it comes to bronzers. Tan is beautiful but it's very dark and pigmented.

We’re the same skin colour and I was going mad choosing between medium and tan because I’m in the middle but ended up going for medium then considered exchanging it but after this I’m going to stick to medium lol and pls do a full face of CT I recently placed a huge order and I’m considering buying more so id love to get ur opinion on her other products since I’ve finally found someone the same skin tone as me!! No worries 😊 Welcome.. I was also going back and forth between the two shades and glad I bought Medium. I have been using it the past few days (after filming this video) and it's the perfect tone of bronzer for me. Tan looks a bit orange in person.
I'll surely plan on doing more videos with CT products (full face and best/worst) 😃
Beautylashes19 ohh i seee. Good that makes me feel better lol I’ve seen so many other reviews nd people are saying they shud of got tan but if medium is buildable then I’m guessing you can get the desired shade!
Exactly and it also comes down to personal preference really.. some people like the heavy bronzer/orange bronzer look while others prefer a more natural shading with their bronzer. So, even with similar skin tones, some may opt for Tan over Medium and that's totally ok 😊

I’m curious to see if fair would be good for setting as it’s so much bigger than the setting powder. I have the same skin tone as you so I may have to try it. Thanks for sharing

True, I am with you on that.. really wish there were more shades to choose from. There's a big jump between medium to tan and then tan to dark. Hopefully she will add more shades in the near future.

Thank you, it would come down to whether you like a soft bronzed look (medium) or quite a warm toned bronzer (tan). Both colours would work for NC42 but Tan will show up more..
I'm also the same shade as you in her foundations. What do you recommend for her filmstar bronze and glow? the lighter platte or the darker one?
Hi, I can't recommend either as the bronzer shade in light is too light for us and the highlight shade in dark is too dark for us ☹️ I would recommend her new bronzer instead and her liquid Highlighter (you could check out my best and worst video using all CT products to see product application).
Chechi... I fall somewhere between Mac 42-44 . Could you please suggest me which CT bronzer to use (fair/ medium) as a setting powder instead of a bronzer? I have read few comments from other sites suggesting to try it this way as they are on the expensive side. Also let me know which CT setting powder is good (medium or tan) for dusky ones which would be perfect for a day wedding.

Hi, as far as using CT bronzers as face powders, I wouldn't really recommend it because of the undertone in bronzers.. they are going to be different than skin tones..
Amongst the shades in airbrush flawless powder, if you want it for under eyes, I would suggest Medium as it will be a bit brighter for NC44 skintone.. If you are looking for an all over shade, I am unsure between Medium and Tan.. (I don't own Tan so not sure if it might be a bit dark for NC44).. I would rather go with Medium and then use a bit of bronzer if it looks a bit light.. If you can go into a store and compare the shades, that would be the best..

Hi Shakila, I do have the powder in fair (in my freelance kit) but not the bronzer. So I am not sure about the shade comparison. But I do know that the powder is very light in colour.
The bronzer is matte. 😊

With Lockdown, I really haven't gone to CT store or counter but generally bronzers have a different undertone to face powders so my guess would be probably no..

Hi, I would search online which brands have the pro discount in India.. Generally each brand has instructions on their website about pro discount and you can apply through there..
Loveee this! Do you (or does anyone 🥺) think I could use this bronzer as a setting powder in replacement for the Airbrush flawless finish powder? Are their formulas THAT similar? It's double the amount for a cheaper price! Wanna save some coins :(

I had the same thought initially but the shades are soo different to face powders. Generally bronzers have a warm undertone and most skin tones are not that warm. So, I wouldn't recommend it. I do hope they make larger sizes of the face powders next with refill pans!

I don't have a shade match in that brand and formula but I think Medium in CT is a good one for your skin tone.. if you like a lot of bronzer, you could opt for Tan.

Hi Divya, I just swatches the Mac NC42 foundation on my arm just to be sure and both show up well. If you prefer a natural bronzed look, I would recommend medium and if you generally like a lot of bronzer, go to Tan (it pulls slightly orange though on NC42). Charlotte tilbury airbrush flawless foundation does oxidized??
I don't find it oxidizing on my skin during the day but it does dry down darker quite like the Fenty one.
