Love the Dr. Bird on the cover and that rare golf photo of Fleming. Gavin seems to be very authentic and to the point.
I recently listened to the Goldfinger audiobook. Thank you for highlighting the Penfold website and products; they have a tasteful classic connection to Fleming and Bond.

I started full time employment in July 1982.
To get to my place of work for a number of years I would drive past the Penfold Golf factory in Bromford Lane Birmingham every day until it closed down!I think in the late 1980’s.
Penfold had been working for Dunlop for many years up until 1927
My paternal grandfather worked for Dunlop from 1914 to 1965 so i think he would have probably known Penfold
himself
When I visit charity shops often both locally in Birmingham were I live and across the country I do see boxes of golf balls but never think much about looking to see if there are any Penfold golf Balls or the Penfold ♥️ balls

Funny, you're going to think i'm bonkers but after watching this video, I went to the Penfold site and the prices had skyrocketed!
Sunday bags were $1,200, box of balls $300, etc... as of 20min ago everything was normally priced again !?!
